El Rincon? Addison is my favorite location. The patio is great and relaxing. I haven't been there in awhile but friends and I will be venturing back soon. Josh the GM ROCKS!! He is incredibly personable and humorous. He added to the whole dining experience!!?He knew exactly the specialty enchiladas that I wanted and let the kitchen staff know!! Yummy salsa! Highly recommended!!?
Great food, chill atmosphere with good music, our kids are free, and the Sangria Rita was great.We’ll be back!Finally a good restaurant in Addison Circle!And I can’t wait to come back and have some tequila shots.Jasmine our waitress was super mindful with our kids and gave us good recommendations on the menu.See y’all soon!
We have been to the other El Rincon locations and thought we'd try the Addison location tonight, which was a mistake. They were so short staffed which meant for us our food taking a long time and then coming to us cold and not getting the drinks we had ordered an hour earlier (other people seemed to get their drinks while we heard excuses). The acting manager walked away from my husband and just put the bill on the table with no comments. All this when there we very few people even there, which was surprising.They did take the drinks we never got off the bill. We paid for the cold food (at least it tasted okay) and all 5 of us wished we hadn't gone there and don't plan to go back to that location.They should have closed down stations if they didn't have the staff to handle the few people who were there. Very disappointing.
I love coming to El Rincon in Addison. The staff is so friendly and it feels like a family. The food is always fresh and delicious and the drinks are on point. They have some really good happy hour specials that vary on the day of the week. It’s also a really nice location in Addison circle which is nice to walk around and enjoy the park. There is free parking around the corner in a parking garage or some street parking. Highly recommend!
Tables were not wiped down we we walked in. Our waiter was MIA for a majority of our night, which was strange as the restaurant was not busy. Watched wait staff take shots of alcohol right next to us. Management was already gone for the night? Hostess was very unprofessional, flirting with customers and left to go outside with them as well? Was heard audibly complaining about having to work. Very disappointed in service and professionalism, was recommended to this restaurant by local apartment complex. Would not recommend for families as behavior we witnessed tonight was disturbing and unprofessional.
We had a party off 6 and ended up walking out only after a few drinks and chips. Our waiter (short older guy) was extremely rude like we were bothering him. He had no idea what beers were on tap. When asked for a few bev napkins he gave attitude. This experience killed the vibe of the Addison Circle area for me.
My family always chooses Mexican food in Addison to celebrate special occasions. My birthday this year was celebrated with the best chimichanga you will ever taste from this Mexican restaurant. Their Mexican rice has an authentic Mexican flavor that I like very much.
Tilapia poblano is one of the best dishes I’ve had at any Mexican cuisine establishment. The chef really knows how to cook the fish perfect and the poblanos, YUM
We have had the pleasure of eating here a few times over the past few weeks due to an unexpected need for a quiet evening. Zoey has been very attentive in making sure we feel at home.The food is excellent, and we have enjoyed every bite. They are doing a great job of making sure people are taken care of even with a staff shortage. Speaking of a staff shortage, one chef is making sure everything is detailed and the food is served hot and delicious.Thank you!
