I ordered curbside pickup for the first time at the Addison location. I waited ten minutes in the car after the time it was supposed to be ready. There were no other vehicles waiting. When we finally got the food it was barely lukewarm. Usually they give you a *full* bag of chips but they gave me a quarter of a bag. I purchased extra jalapeño dip for $2.50… which went unused because of the small amount of chips. The queso was extra runny and not warm. It was all gross. Huge waste of time and money! The West Plano location has always been great. Apparently it’s too much to ask to have fresh food at the Addison location.

Chips were great, queso was good. It was orange and maybe chili flavored as opposed to the white stuff you normally find. I had the beef fajitas and it was great. Came out sizzling and smelled wonderful. You can taste the marinade they use, and it's delicate but still flavorful. The vegetables were cooked well and sweet. My waiter was attentive and friendly.

My fourth Chuy’s and it never disappoints. I choose chicken fajitas and even the smell was worth the trip. This time my entire family met up and we had a grand time. My grandchild experienced her first very busy restaurant.

Since their limited menu due to covid, my go to meal is the fajita beef big as your face burrito with boom boom sauce. Always get the creamy jalapeno with your chips. Can't wait till they get the Elvis fried chicken back on the menu.

If you've been to a Chuy's before,  you'll feel very comfortable when you walk in--it's structured like most others I've dined in and has the same vibrant colors throughout. I appreciated that, as I was in Dallas from out of town.Service here was great. Everything from being greeted, to seated, chipped and salased... service was ?.  My server was attentive at all of the right times. I truly felt welcome and valued as a customer. My chicken fajita salad tasted good. The vegetables were fresh, the cheese was plentiful; but I was expecting the chicken to be cut differently.  The large-ish chunks surprised me.  That's not bad, as it still tasted good. But it's definitely not my preference.  I know I won't order this again. The strawberry mojito is a very refreshing drink and very dangerous.  I easy could have had 2 or 3 because they were so smooth and didn't seem alcoholic!  I ordered a Tito's Cherry Limeade to take back to my hotel, and I can tell you--there was no doubt my body didn't know that delightful drink was full of alcohol!

I have to give the 5 star just because of the manager, I was there today and we had to wait for a table about 30 minutes finally when we got it the waitress we had, first of all she never came, she took care of the people who came after us, I have to get up and ask her if she can please take care of our table she said she was busy and I told her that she took care of the pp who came after ours and that I was there for 30 minutes and she was laughing at me like if I told her a joke , no matter that she just keep on making me wait, finally when she came to the table she threw the salsas literally at the table, which that made me upset so I had to walked out but the manager fortunately it seems his in the top of everything was able to cross me in the way and I told him what happened he was really professional long time since lately see a manager really care he was making sure we were fine. If it was for that waitress I would just live and give one star but managers like that needs to be noticed and get the credit they deserve to be so unlucky and have employees like that waitress, but really the waitress he give us was really [email protected] the end we have good time thanks to the manager.

Tried this location when first opened had breakfast plate was not impressed. was disappointed not as good as location in oaklawn. But as we were driving by today decided to stop in for a try at lunch to go . we got The Elvis presley comb an I was glad we did.it was very good fresh an hot we also had a drink while waiting we will be back for another visitAlso staff was wonderful ??

This was an odd dinning experience. The only reason it isn’t 1 star was because the waiter we ended up with was good. We went on a Sunday at 2 and were seated on the patio. It became very clear that our table was forgotten. I’m not sure if the waiter was not told by the hostess or if they just didn’t remember the table was occupied but when one finally realized we hadn’t been assist they apologized and took the table. We were not the only table on the patio that waited for long times for someone to visit the table either. The waiter we ended up with did a good job but I don’t think I will be visiting any Chuy’s location in the near future. Most people, like myself visit chain restaurants because they know what to expect. Every location I have been to since Covid is clearly having staffing and operational issues. Luckily we had no time constraints today but it took 2-3 times longer than it should have. If this location had any respect for peoples time they would operate at more manageable capacity and give realistically long wait times and allow people to decide if they would like to go elsewhere or wait. Instead they seat more table than can actually be assisted.

The hostess was wonderful. There were a ton of people waiting, some impatiently, and she handled herself wonderfully. We sat down relatively quickly and the server was immediately there to help us. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and the food was great. There was also a party of about 15 there, so the service time and attention was even more appreciated. I hope the team got plenty of rest after their shift!

I love the curbside parking at Chuys! They make it so easy and much cheaper than ordering from Door Dash!
