We’d been to this place 3 times in less than 7 days our first 2 experiences were out of this world. The young lady that help was so nice, patient and sweet. We didn’t quite know how to order. Excellent customer service!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However when we visited yesterday it was a different employee. Around 5 pm. Her attitude was I could less if you bought anything from here. She didn’t seem to want to explain the questions we were asking, how many drumsticks and how many wings with cost. We ordered fries on the side, way tooooo much garlic seasoning, could not eat. And the fried rice I ordered on the side was in a totally different container smaller. We gathered our food together, it was togo at another table. On our way out, her back was turned to the register talking to another employee, we all said thank you she said you’re welcome nonchalantly never turned around to face us. We’ll be back but if she’s at the register we will turn right around and leave. She didn’t want to help us so she won’t help us. Very rude. What a shame, love your food.
Tamoria was amazing! I could see her smile through her mask and she was just a ball of energy. She made great recommendations with the boneless wings and the bulgogi taco! The wings were perfectly crispy and the garlic fries were to die for. The tacos had good flavor. I also enjoyed the agave vanilla cream soda from Stubborn Soda. Definitely recommend!
I just love the wings here, I get both Soy and Spicy, they are both fantastic! The street corn is really good too.
Not only is the food great but the people that work there are always friendly. Your order is always fresh and you always get top notch customer service.
Food was great! Nolan was very helpful and explained the menu. Food was a little pricey for what you get and they use stubborn sodas ( ) instead of real Coca-cola products but it was delicious
The chicken wings!!! OMG! So crispy, crunchy, and juicy. By far the best wings I have had since I’ve been living in Texas. I would go to Bonchon again to try other items on the menu. I also had the onion rings and the fried chicken and rice with spicy mayo (forgot the name). Enjoyed my dinner!
The food was great! I tried the chicken sandwich with the garlic soy sauce, tasted fantastic. I really like the fries as well. I’ll definitely be back!
Ridiculous portion control on their boneless "wings". We ordered 12 pc chicken to receive the tiniest pieces of nuggets we've ever had.I went back up to see if they had actually miscalculated, but they said that's the size since we ordered boneless. Never had they advertised that boneless wings would be smaller.They need to quality check whoever cuts their chicken to make sure the pieces are even. Seriously crazy that they did nothing about this. The few pieces were the size of a quarter, but you cannot tell from the picture because all the other chicken pieces were small for scale as well.Also, the girls at the register stood there talking while there were plenty of dirty tables. No wonder this place was pretty empty on a Friday night.I would highly recommend other Korean fried chicken places in Carrollton instead. Literally any other KFC place is better than this.I've been to other Bonchons before and this is by far the worst managed franchise.
I really enjoyed the two sauces here as well as the seasoned fries, but that's about the extent of it. I guess ordering boneless wings was a mistake, because what I received were six tiny pieces of lukewarm, dry chicken (for $8, not including side or drink). My friends ordered wings and drumsticks and they seemed to be more substantial, so I guess your mileage may vary. One of my friend's orders was also forgotten about until he spoke to an employee about it. The dining room also had a slightly off smell to it which may have hampered my appetite. Overall I was expecting a lot more from a Korean fried chicken spot.
