I don’t know what’s going on with the 351 store, but every time I order something is wrong. Either the flavor is wrong, something is missing, or you don’t give me all drums like I ask. There was no way I could check the bag this time because I had it delivered. Get it together.
Date: June 18: I ordered food at 619 pm arrived at 650 pm. I was told they were busy and it will be another 10 minutes for order to be done. I observed the fryers being cleaned, during the busy time of day. Finally got my order at 726 pm. I asked for discount she told me they can’t do that. Staff was dismissive of my complaints and no manager was present. I must question the decision making ability about cleaning fryers during the busy time of day and the ability to hire courteous staff.
Placed an online order... husband goes to pick it up and is told there is no order under his name. So I call and Manager Amber tells me she looked under call in orders and not online orders?? Customer service 101.. if it is not in one place check another. Maybe you need to train your cashier's customer service and not just tell people that they don't have an order.
Food was ok. Fries was extra salty. Chicken was good but not fried super crispy so def tell them you want EXTRA CRISPY if you want it more done.
No dining inside or outside still great wings
One of the best Wingstop I've been to. Very quick and always on time with online orders and food is always delicious. People working here are very friendly. Only thing I don't like is they still have their dining room closed. They said it's lack of staff but that doesn't seem to stop them from cooking. Come on man!
Other than the fact it smells like industrial cleaner. It's good, try the fries with cheese sauce.
Absolutely love this Staff and their Confirmation of making sure Door Dash Orders are filled right Driver by asking their name in case the order does not make it to the Customer.
Food here was good. Chicken was exactly as ordered. Cooked properly and had great flavor. Took a few minutes longer than expected but overall the experience was great.
This location has been hit hard with the loss of employees, but the ones who are there work their tails off! Go support them!
