Whataburger use to be our favorite place to go. Anymore we stress because our order is always wrong or missing something or we get onion rings that are not the same color (will post a pic) I had a cook argue with me because I found something missing in my order when in the end she had to apologize because it was in fact missing. When you go to these places you are spending 40 to 50 dollars per family never less. We are the ones that pay there check and keep them with a job you would think they would take more time to make sure the customer is happy.
Amazing! I have never received such quick and amazing service at a whataburger. I didn't get a chance to get the name of the Sunday afternoon manager, but he is on top of it!!
I haven't been here in awhile and let's just say I hope yall sell your new spicy ketchup in a bottle because I want to take it home. The spicy with hot sauce is amazing. The cashier was amazing and the staff seems to be in high spirits.
This location is by far the busiest in town. I do not recommend going late on a Friday or Saturday night because everyone from the bars go to this one because it is the closest. They almost always have a huge drive-thru line but it tends to move fast. I prefer eating inside. It feels much faster than waiting out in the drive-thru. The order is always right and the food always tastes great at this location. I can say that I have never had an issue at this location besides having to wait at the drive thru for a bit. I definitely recommend this one.
Kinda pricey until you take into account the portion size. Good food. Friendly staff. Open 24 hours :)
I’ve always loved the food from wataburger (even though everyone becomes best friends with the toilet) and every time I try something new, it just gets better and better. Keep up the good work!
I’m not sure if they have been told this but this location is one of the best location I have ever been to in my life and the best location open in general!!! This establishment is busy but still they get their orders out on time and in a very very polite and fast manner. Thank you to the managers from top to bottom employees and every single person that puts that orange on every day!! Always longest, slowest line which is usually ok because the foods good. Went tonight though & I only received half an order of fries. I know I asked for a small but come on at least full up the little baggie.
While the food was ok, I was highly upset with them.My mother and I are both allergic to raw tomato. So when we ordered we both said no tomato and that we were allergic to it. Well in the end they put tomato on our food anyways, and it was slightly cold too.
This is you average Whataburger. I don't go inside all that often, nothing to do with COVID, I just normally don't want to sit an eat WB. I usually swing by here in the dead of night when I find myself out in town late and everything else has closed for the evening. Sometime a midnight milkshake run is the only reason I get up there from time to time but it's really great to have a place that is 24/7 that does great food and snacks when you get the cravings. This particular WB has never failed to deliver quick service and excellent fast food. If you're looking to dine-in or just want to grab a quick bite via the drive through, this WB will serve you well. It always has for me.
