Great fast food and friendly service. It was late after helping our daughter move and not many places were open. But Whataburger to the rescue. We had their avocado bacon toast burger with onion rings. I love all things avocado and this did not disappoint. I love how Whataburger always strives to make it your way. They also will make a keto version or low carb without the bun and add big pieces of lettuce if they have it or extra shredded lettuce. If you have to do fast food, Whataburger is a Texas favorite.
Whataburger has always been one of my favs! Tonight was extremely busy and everyone in drive was paying and getting pulled up. We were pulled up 5th in line and the overall wait from first pull-up line to line after paying was probably 45 minutes. Fries were fresh & hot but my Whataburger jr with cheese was cold & I wished they would melt the cheese on the meat. My cheese was cold just sitting there, which was a bit of a disappointment.Whataburger please do better!
Slowest drive threw in the abilene area 4 cars in line and still here after 20 mins come on people. I waited and waited outside frount door they filled orders behind me first I just had chicken strips and frys I finally went inside and some guy said I had no order and yet he argued with me as other employees showed me my order full but he wouldn't give it I got mad said hand it to me posted this review left took one hour and 7 mins I'll be calling corporate UNEXCEPTABLE ONE HOUR WITH 4 CARS
What a bburger normally rocks but this last trip order was almost perfect except a whole pound of mayo on my double meat and def asked for mustard no mayo or ketchup thanks for ruining my lunch .I will get sick if I had ate and it was too much to be scraped off so an hour later after getting more buns and basically redoing I ate .
Food was good but it took them 30mins to get 4 cars through the drive through.Longest I have ever had at a whaterburger
I have no idea what your manager Rachel's Problem is I was trying to use my rewards and asked some questions about the reward program and was trying to see if I could sub the chicken for sausage and she just got increasingly ruder and ruder as the experience went on and when I told her I went to scan my reward code I guess she didn't have it set up and she rudely told me I was supposed to wait and that she said the system said I owed 4000 and so frustrated at the situation I rolled my eyes and waited for her to be ready and she said "what's your problem rolling your eyes at me" SO I POLITELY ASKED HER TO STOP BEING RUDE AND SHE SAID NO.....LIKE SHE ACTUALLY SAID SHE WOULDNT STOP GIVING ME ATTITUDE.....THIS ISN'T THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THAT EMPLOYEE
This location is by far the worst I've ever been to in Texas. They are usually the slowest volume wise, especially compared to the others in town. The people here are always rude. The curbside is a joke and a waste of time. You place a order then end up waiting in a parking spot for a minimum of 30minutes past the foods ready time, if they remember to get it for you. You usually end up having to go inside or attempt -key word because they won't answer the phone- to call. The drive thru moves faster than any curbside order. The order isn't usually correct but you'll waste your time trying to get it fixed. Do not recommend this location.
The food at this location was so bad we had to get our money back and eat somewhere else. Cold fries and meat, the meat tasted like it had been out for hours. This is not the only time we have gotten bad food here. Go to the Judge Ely location. Much bettter.
I absolutely love Whataburger, every Whataburger in Texas I've eaten in has been awesome... From Austin to the Rio Grande Valley and this part of West Texas. Never disappointed !!! ????????️?? I especially live the Vanilla Malts!!!
This location is about 8 minutes off of interstate 20 its pretty easy to access. They were very quick and the food was great. Sometimes it can take a while for food at whataburger but not at this location!
