Dear literally just the locations in the Abilene area, Why has the sweet and spicy bacon burger been off the menu for like YEARS now? When I go out of town, my favorite burger is on the menu. But not Abilene. No. Like, Abilene whataburger locations hate me personally. Bring back the SSBB!
Gas is $4.39 Sat at the window while YOUR I WANT $15 an Hour Genious Is Stacking Cups The Other Mr I Want $15 an Hour Had to Ask Which Order Was Mine.. Sat There At 2:30 in Afternoon Yall Pfft. You get Who You Hire .. try QUALITY next time lol
Cashier Wanda H was very rude and passive aggressive. She displayed a fairly decent amount of poor customer service. If I come here again and she’s one of the cashiers working, I’ll just wait behind the other cashiers line. If she’s the only cashier available, I’ll just go to one of the other whataburgers. Mustard was added to a burger instead of ketchup because she didn’t put ketchup on the order and she rung up an extra patty as a side instead of just adding it to the burger. The cashier right next to her was wonderful and friendly. Wanda needs to continue training right beside her. Sweet tea was fresh and hot, burger wasn’t too bad but not the brightest. Fries were fresh also. Just gotta weed some of this stuff out and keep up the customer service and food quality.
Staff were friendly but I was disappointed that they no longer sell the jalapeño cheddar biscuit. It was the reason I would go to Whataburger for breakfast. Everything else on the menu can be found at other restaurants
I got the green chili bacon burger with bbq sauce, lettuce and tomato added it was delicious. The guy taking my order was great. He was friendly and very personable.

Very good eatting. Jalapeño burger is delicious if you like it with a kick. Loved it!
The place was clean. The clerk who took my order was helpful but the food wasn't at all as I've had it many times before. The other staff were all wasting time and spent their time showing off in the windows trying to be funny and immature. Flexing their muscles, and messing around with an employee trying to spill dressing all over them. They were very unprofessional and In my opinion theyvshould be fired for their behavior at work. But since I see this as a manager problem then it should be noted the manager should be training them to be better employees.
Love Whataburger! And this one has started to adopt the Chik-Fil-A model of having the drive-thru employees stand outside with tablets to take orders & payments. If you’ve never gone through a drive-thru like this let me just tell you, it makes the whole process lightning fast somehow! Glad to see another company is trying this method out, especially Whataburger! Only taking off one star at this location because I’ve had a couple of orders come out just really wrong, not notice until I got home, and home is too far away to drive back for one sandwich. Also, the fries seem to be cold and/or stale here often, which sucks because I love Whataburger fries!
Ordered with the Ap only to discover that after you pay there is no option for curbside. So, had to wait 25 mins inline to pickup order which was cold. Yuk. The fries were shriveled up and tasted like they where cooked 2 days ago. That and cold burgers made for a bad experience.
