The manager needs a new attitude! Twice she’s been a witch. First time my husband dealt with her because she expedited the wrong food to us. Ordered all nuggets and we got all burgers. She then snatched the bag from my husband and 10 minutes later got the right order. 2nd and OUR LAST! Went through the drive thru. They weren’t even that busy. The lady told me to park on the side and they would bring out our order. Again, all nuggets for our kids. I see cars in the drive thru coming and going. I finally get out after waiting 15 minutes walk in and inform the wait and people leaving. I see nuggets on the side to be put in bags but not touched. The gentleman in the front was apologetic and so was a young girl. Manager glared at me the entire time. Then throws a bag on the counter. Looks like ours just missing a kids meal. Tell the nice girl we were missing one kids meal. She goes to get it read. Manager with her little attitude that needs to be checked. Grabs the bag and informed “That’s not for you, that’s for the window order” will never be back! Note to daytime manager (older lady with glasses and short) if you don’t like your job. Find a new one! People like you is what ruins companies!
DISGUSTING!! This place was TRASH! The kid taking the order didn’t listen, couldn’t figure out how to ring up the correct items, some loud mouth lady was taking cookies out of the cookie holder herself from the other side of the counter, flies EVERYWHERE, no hair nets and men with long beards. One lady’s hair looked as greasy as the fryer, the kid tried giving me all my money back ? the manager left her keys in her truck which, upon pulling up and then seeing her go to the truck, realized she parked in 2 spots so no one else could park next to her. DONT GO THERE! I called Health Department it was that bad!
Ordered large chili, was given a large container with half full portions. Got to the 2nd window . Female cashier gave me my Order and slammed the window, didn’t give me time to let her know of my issue with my order! Tried calling 15 times when I arrived home but no answer. Someone would pick up every other call and hang up! Never again will I visit the Wendy’s on Southwest Dr. in Abilene Tx!
This is a good Wendy's! Fresh food, decent customer service... Just a heads up if you're coming out the side door there's a big curb drop it is painted yellow but if you're not looking down you'll eat cement..
Staff is always friendly. Food is fast fresh and hot. Have had a few problems getting everything in our drive thru orders correct. Check your orders before you leave. But over all our experience has been wonderful.
It was a little after 10pm,the ?? Bacon burger was fresh and delicious, the fries? were warm and tasty. My family had nuggets and doubles and fries and all 3 boys enjoyed all of it. We will definitely go back soon for a late night craving or late dinner. ?
Ten dollars for this smh! Fries were good at least. My lettuce was even brown.
One of my family's favorite quick pick spots. Dave be having some deals!!! Never had a bad service here and that's going on 30yrs. Of service. Keep up the good promotions and food.?✌??
For a run-of-the-mill fast food place, it wasn't too bad. I haven't eaten fast food in years, but even though my order was wrong, I was give an even better sandwich to make up for it.
Went to Wendy’s to get breakfast, was in the drive through line for 5 mins without the line moving so decided we should go inside to atleast put our order in before breakfast ended. At this time it was 10:15, and breakfast ends at 10:30. They were already saying they were out of biscuits, which is fine but we were still waiting another 5 mins before someone took our order (there was someone else in front of us so they took his order first.) he ordered a number 1, then we moved forward and as soon as we went to order, they had decided to call breakfast early. We still had 10 minutes to spare. So for anyone who wants breakfast from Wendy’s, if you are running a bit late just don’t go there. Not unless you can make it by 10:00 because they will decide to just pull the rug under you to stop serving breakfast when it fits them.
