Ordered to go earlier in the week. It was 100% accurate and ready upon arrival. We dined in as well, cashiers were great, food was good, and one of the managers (short guy) checked on us and was very friendly!
The place was really clean. We didn't have a wait at all. The ladies up front were super friendly and were making sure everyone was getting taken care of. We placed the order and they gave us a free queso. It turned out that the queso had guacamole in it which I happened to be very allergic to. My husband asked the girls up front if we could exchange it for one without. They were all so apologetic and even brought out a manager to apologize which was definitely not necessary. We didn't know it came with it and they didn't know we couldn't have it. They fixed it immediately. All of the teams members were very friendly and took care of everything quickly. They were very happy and all had smiles on their face is which rare to see in food atmospheres these days. The food was delicious. Definitely very filling. They had an excellent drink menu - although we didn't order any this time but the selection is on point. This was a great experience. We will definitely be going back! I definitely recommend!

I've eaten here 3 times now, always ordered the same thing (The Democrat) and the third time, it just tasted off. I couldn't put my finger on it, but I spoke with the manager, and he offered to have me something else made, but I had a Baja shrimp taco as well and it was great, so I just asked for a refund on the Democrat taco and he got it done super fast.The dining areas are always clean, the food is good, and the customer service is truly fabulous ?
Food poisoning, for raw undercooked food, cross contamination and or spoiled food, services was alright, but it’s nothing to brag about. I witnessed a staff member bullied, a Togo bag shoved in to her chests, and signs of aggression for someone who was in the back. I spoke with the girl, who’s only 18 and had to brag about this was the first time she opened anything with a bottle opener. I was not happy with what I seen, and or the illnesses that now plague me. Cramps, nausea, and diarrhea- upset stomach. Won’t go back, won’t recommend.
It was great at first, now every time we pickup food we are missing items or ingredients, the tortillas are hard or the chicken is burned. It’s gotten horrible. The last 5 times my taco has been missing half the ingredients so I give up on this place.
Some of the staff here needs an attitude adjustment. They don't seem to care about getting customers orders out at all, the Cooke who have come out to bring takeout orders to the counter are always super helpful.
Beans and corn were dried out like they had been under a lamp for hours. The kids chicken tenders were so spicy that my kid couldn’t eat them and he is usually good with spicy food. Not one thing we ordered was worth its cost.
I have reached out to the manger several times in order to get money back on an online order I cancelled .The staff that answer the phone say they will tell the manager and that he will call me back but there’s no reply after that.I just need them to return my call and my money. I am not happy with this place.
Ordered online. My husband picked up at designated time. Still waited additional 30 minutes. Was extremely frustrated at this point. I checked food when he brought it home and the tacos looked as if a baby had smashed them together, disgusting presentation. My husband's was in a bowl, not a taco and his sausage was burnt. Entire meal was disgusting to look at. I talked to the manager and he offered to remake or refund. I chose the refund. He said the online system was having nationwide issues and they were having to call customers to confirm their orders. I told him we never received a call. We spent over $27 for a small amount of food. I went to TaMolly's and got more food for less. When I called the lady was very nice and when I picked up my order the young man was equally nice. This was within 45 minutes of their closing. Moral of story: Torchys disgusting.....TaMolly's AWESOME!!!
