We had never been to a Taco Cass before and it was great. We dined in. It was a nice break from the road trip we were on. The staff was really nice and the place was clean.
Food was good. Not as good as it usually is. Beef burritos were very small, had very little cheese on them,l. Asked for a side of their red sauce and it was about 2 teaspoons worth. They had a huge mess up in the drive thru and the place was full of mad people. Maybe that is why our food was rushed and not up to standard.
I ordered 5 super burritos! They were so delicious! The only complaint I had was I asked for easy lettuce and they put no lettuce on them.
After waiting for almost a hour for my food, only to be told I still had several orders ahead of me. I just got them to refund my money. I would have understood SOME if it was noon, but it was 2 pm. Got tired of waiting. ?? NOT fast food.
Always yummy and fast! Simple menu. Have never really had any issues, but I wish the soda machine was in the dining room instead of behind the counter !
It was so good! The crunchy tacos are my favorite. Staff was courteous and professional. Dining room was clean. Fast service!
I am sure like everybody else, they are struggling with staffing. So, I am sympathetic and understanding. ButC the drive through wait was at least 20 minutes last night. Yikes. Maybe it would have been better if I had gone in. I was hangry and ordered the super tostada and two soft tacos. The cheese is definitely very freshly shredded - yum. The hot sauce actually has heat - yum yum! No complaints at all on my food.
Mary, the elderly lady working the register, made the visit a wonderful one with her positive attitude. The whole place was swamped after church, but they were working hard to make sure the orders were out quickly, accurately, and they were cleaning the entire time also. Wonderful experience.
Taco Casa!! American Style tacos!! I have to say I was highly surprised at the taste and flavor of these long boat tacos!! Good price and hit the spot! I been wanting to stop for years and never have!! Today I'm glad I did!! 5 stars baby!! Try it!! ????????
