Wanna tell u thanks for not putting my chips in the sack for a second time I have a business to run so I send my girl there for me twice no chips this time every word out of my mouth u wouldn't want to here chilada platter got thrown across my shop floor Some people like myself are picky I won't eat beans and rice without my chips that's the best part about that dish thank u very much for inconvenience Anyone want to volunteer to sweep up all these dam beans rice cheese tortilla off my shop floor I WAS HUNGRY TO GUESS NOW IM GOING B MORE HUNGRY ALL OVER DAM CHIPS
What happened to this place. Used to get friendly service and decent food. Now, woman taking order couldn't hear, had to get someone else that could hear to take order and was rude about it. Never asked us if we wanted hot sauce, napkins, etc. Asked for sweet and low, she couldn't hear that either. It wasn't busy,so no excuse. That was just customer service. Food tasted like it was stored to close to chemicals and cinnamon chips were minus the cinnamon and sugar. Sorry to see this one go downhill.
Zero stars. Moved back to Abilene a couple years ago, and have come to realize: my old favorite place to eat (taco bueno, 1st St.) became so nasty, that I won’t even recommend them to my hotel guests at my hotel. For some fishy reason, they stop taking credit or debit cards around 9pm. Will fill their salsa containers like 10% full (not even a quarter way full), serves you beans that have not been stirred or changed for multiple hours, hard dried out tortillas, SUPER RUSHED and unprofessional drive through experience (even if you’re the only car there). Management is terrible, customer service does not exist. Last time I went (and last time I will ever go there) I tried ordering their new carne asada nachos, they were out of them, tried another item, they were out… eventually after trying a different item for the 4th time, they claimed they didn’t have it. Just drove off and went to Taco Casa. What’s sad, is this place will never return to glory with the team they have in place. Almost seems, as they always go through managers, that the issue never ends. Which leads to believe that whoever runs this store (not just the manager) but the actual people in charge just don’t get it. Fix this, before you lose all Taco Buenos in Abilene
Food was cold , messy to go order could not eat in the car threw away due to the messy of the way burritos we're made.
It was good since taco bell was a little further than I wanted to drive

Went through the drive thru Saturday at around 11 and they were only accepting CASH ONLY. Okay I went and got cash. They were closed already when I went back at 11:15. I went Sunday again at 8pm. The lady answering the headset seems so rushed. After I would order something She would tell me “ what else” the lady that was answering the headset was a manager at that. Very poor customer service.
No one wearing a hair net then I get home and try to eat and found hair in it tossed it in the trash very gross will never eat their again would have given it no stars but that's not a choice also tried to call and complain but their # on here doesn't work never go here you will be disappointed for sure
I am the first to admit, Bueno is not a favorite, but this location is exceptional. I walked in to a clean restaurant and friendly staff. The food was exceptionally good, I would say the best I have had from Bueno in a few years. The manager was super nice. He said hello, asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. You could use 20 more like him. I will definitely drive across town to eat at this location.
