Went inside to order with coupons since they wouldn't do it thru drive thru. Ordered several items, two of which we ordered specifically to be chicken. When we arrived at home we noticed they made those two beef. Drove all the way back across town to exchange them and they kept saying our receipt said beef!!! I said yes, but it's supposed to be chicken!!! The manager said I would have to pay more for chicken, which I replied are you going to pay me for gas for having to drive back over here since you messed up our order in which she replied if only it worked like that. The girl at the window at least said she was sorry for the mistake. I would not have charged a customer extra since we had to go back but I guess customer service isn't too important there. I paid her extra, but our food was cold and nasty after having to go thru all that.
Food is definitely not as good as it used to be ....thanks for all ll the extra lettuce ? ???employees r cool tho
Do not eat here. We visited in the drive thru. The employee running the window was dirty with what appeared to be food or possibly grease all of his face. While waiting for the food, we could hear a female worker screaming. I’m not sure if it was at a fellow employee or a customer. We only had eyes on her. The food was bad. My rice was sour. The beans were burnt. The taco meat was unseasoned and dry. The lettuce was warm. Unfortunately, we did not take a hint before paying and receiving the food. We did not finish our food and with what we did eat we were sick to our stomach afterwards.
I wish I could've put zero stars. There was at least 10 people working and nobody was wearing uniforms OR HAIRNETS. One dude was working in his flip flops. I found a hair in my beef potato burrito. And just when I think my visit couldn't get any worse, I go to the restroom and there were roaches crawling on the walls and ceiling. If they were in the bathroom I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say I will never go back to that place again. That place is not "bueno" at all! ?
Ok so we got food from here 9:40ish at night and it was ok then we forgot something so we head back into the line. Its now 9:53pm and the guy screams over the speaker we are closed. I asked the driver to pull to the window and the person at the window said they are closed. I said I work in a restraunt and you still have about 5 minutes. They responded with we are both sick and going home slamming the window closed. Im not a person to usually go off but that was uncalled for.
This location has some struggles. This most recent time that we went, it was very dirty inside. The salsa bar was an absolute mess. The food was really good though. The staff was very friendly. One girl even checked us out as she was about to leave so we wouldn't have to wait on anyone. The food came out quickly. It is fast food so I expect fast food atmospheres.
They ignore delivery drivers and give them a hard time when they are confirming the order. Manager on duty used an insult against someone who was simply trying to do their job.
We went to the one on 1st it was great service..the food was excellent..No grease what so ever..A+++☆☆☆
Meat and cheese are higher quality than Taco Bell. Reasonable prices, and they offer coupons in a circular. One star deducted for not cleaning the booths in the dining area promptly.
We were trapped in the drive-through for an obscene amount of time and finally got to the speaker and asked them to move the cars because of the drive thru trap. They didn’t so I continue to have to sit there and wait behind two cars. Not only is this horrible service, it’s a liability, what if we had an emergency there is absolutely no way for me to get out and employees do nothing to help???!!!
