Normally a decent location. Tonight was horrible! Ordered 2 6" subs. Expected the bread to be a little dry as it was 1/2 hr before closing. When I went to top my sandwiches, there was only enough mayo for the 1st sandwich. On 2nd got no mayo, asked for sweet onion sauce--- there was none, kept trying to get me to have them toasted after I said no. Went to check out, it seemed high... They charged me for a 6" and a footlong. Told me they would void it, charge me again and I wou be refunded the first money in 3 - 5 business days and then charge me again. I didn't want to do that so rude girl SCREAMED at me to get out. Customers staring, embarrassing and maddening!
The experience I had today was excellent. The two people that helped me were very friendly and provided phenomenal customer service. It’s very rare to receive that level of customer service and it made my experience an enjoyable one.
Went here at 8:21 pm (close at 9 and that was updated by business one week ago) they told me they had already closed.
Ordered online around 10:30 so that my husband could pick up on his lunchbreak. The order was marked completed and ready for pick up at 10:55 , it's 11:30 and he's spent his entire lunch break waiting in store because they haven't even started making the order! Ridiculous
Ordered on the app. It was not ready when they said it would be. Had a long wait. Only one employee working the sandwich bar. Will be going to another Subway in the future
Always freindly and fast. The employees are always sweet to my kids and talk to them with kindness and patience!

I just had the best Subway experience of my life. Logan and Gabriel made our sandwiches and they did a phenomenal job! They were also hilarious in their casual conversation with us. I don’t know who manages the subway but give those boys some raises!
