i ordered 3 things, 2 sandwiches and a refresher. i was charged for everything and used stars for a free sandwich. they ended up not having any sandwiches, i haven’t been refunded the money or the stars, got the drink and it wasn’t even the right one. every time i go here, a part of my order is wrong. i get running out of things due covid, but tell the customers beforehand instead of giving them the wrong things.
The new remodel of this store is really good... However, the stench of the homeless people they allow inside all day makes it almost impossible to enjoy. I'm pretty sure they have nuked their inside sales. Also not amused with the name of the admin wifi. They can do better. Gonna be a while before I come back.
As someone who travels regularly this has got to be the slowest drive thru I’ve ever visited in my life. I waited nearly 25 minutes in line before leaving drive thru line and walking into store. I found the service was so much quicker once I walked in and took less than 5 minutes to get coffee once ordering inside. The inside is quite nice and new but if I need a quick coffee I will not be using the inefficient drive thru here again.
Echoing so many reviews about the terrible service and timelines. Almost 40 minutes for two cups of coffee and a snack. Rude employees and one that got mouthy with customers for asking why it was taking so long. Another customer was refused a refund and another walked out without their order while we waited. People get busy, but no communication makes this bad. The place was near empty when we arrived. If we knew it would take so long we would not have ordered and could have gone about our day.
Friendly service. Very fast, and good coffee. Little expensive though.
Everytime I go to get a hot chocolate it tastes like sweetened water. They are skimping on the quality and taste of their products. It’s like chocolate is too expensive to use properly and that’s sad. Also they are always out of peppermint flavoring which I think should be year round. But they should order enough to not run out.
Starbucks don’t get enough praise for their hard work and the grumpy customers that they have to deal with. I’ve never had an issue with my drink and sure sometimes things are out of stock but it’s not the stores fault :)
Of course they rock! Pricey but its quality over food cost and the end result is very tasty. ?✌
Probably the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have been too. Both drinks where spot on too. They were quick. Accurate, friendly, and delicious!!!
Asked for an Iced beverage received a hot one. Was informed that an iced version would take a long time to make. So they decided not to make it.
