Thankfully I’m from out of town so I never have to come here again but the barista taking my order today was rude and condescending when I was asked for the first time in my life whether I wanted a blonde or dark shot in my latte and when I misunderstood she rudely told me without a shot it would be steamed milk even though it was iced. Unnecessary rudeness when asking a question especially when a shot can also be a syrup added which I did not want. However I went across the street for Dunkin’Also the other baristas would rather socialize than make their drinks in a timely manner saw two making one iced drink but really just wasting time and chatting.

I always go to 351 because they’re the best of course!! Decided to go to this one because it was closer to me at the time and will never go back. Got a hot chocolate for my daughter and I don’t think it even had any sugar in it. Mine sucked as well but I can deal with it but cmon guys the hot chocolate for kids needs to be sweet always!!!
This is a great place to go for coffee and they give you dog a free puppuccino.
Waited for over 30 min in the drive for them to come out and tell me they were no longer gonna serve anyone else at 10:30 am on Sunday.. thanks!!! yall really need to get it together or get out..
I love the drive-through they are awesome! but going inside I felt like the girl was annoyed I ordered a coffee. I’m not expecting anything crazy just a hi would be nice and not to be so rude.
Usually love this location but today the lady basically threw my drinks out the window plus my drinks were made completely wrong and was half empty. Before I could say anything the lady slammed the window shut. Morning shift is amazing though!
Great Service! Highly Recommend. Busy as hell sometimes but well worth the wait.
I come at different times of the day however Jacob that works evenings around 6pm is AMAZING!
I usually absolutely love this location. Lately though it’s kind of been lacking. And some of the staff are rude and condescending.
