Total and Epic failure! Me and wife went to get 2 drinks at around noon on a Saturday. Waited 5 miknutes after pushing button and no response so we ordered the drinks via the app. Guy answered and we told him we ordered via the app since no one would answer the button and he said ok giive us a minute. Waited 15 more minutes pushed the button again and was told we are working on it. Finally after 30 minutes we left because even though we paid for the order no one would bring it to us. Horrible and I will never ever go back to that location. Totally unaccpetable that you can not deliver 2 large drinks in a timely manner.

This sonic is an example of what you get when you have lazy franchise owners who don’t give a rip about customer service or training your employees. Came by today and wasted an hour and didn’t even get my food! Asked for refund and they only gave us 8$ back out of the 14 I paid. Went inside the dirty nasty store for them to tell me they have no idea how to fix it and just gave me a gift card. Like I don’t want a gift card I want MY money back that I already paid! Will never visit this location and I sincerely hope this franchise owner loses every penny he has in this store. I’d rather eat roaches than have this Sonic’s food.
Very consistent experience. Food was good. Drinks were awesome! I enjoy the app because drinks are always half price and there are usually other deals on there as well, usually when there is something new on the menu that they would like you to try. I will keep going back
They have pretty good food, I just wouldn’t recommend ordering ahead. They will clear your order on screen saying they brought it out, and forget about you. I get that it’s better for ticket times, I’d just rather know what’s going on and if y’all forgot me.
This has happened 3 times now at this location. I order on app and let them know I am there. They don't bring order and I have to call them to remind them. This last time the man on the speaker was talking about me before he clicked speaker off on his end. Shouldn't wait 15 minutes for 2 drinks ordered ahead of time.
We ordered 2 supersonic breakfast burritos. There was way more tortilla than the other ingredients. In short, they were the skinniest burritos we have ever purchased from the many Sonics we have been to. Really disappointed.
I've always been impressed with a customer service the manager there really making sure everything is taken care of and your orders are right I stopped there every night to get my drinks before I go to work and usually get something to eat unlike some of the other food chains you're just a number Sonic Drive-In knows me by name and when I met the speaker order in my porter they already know who it is that's customer satisfaction all the way thanks to good management God bless
Very good great customer service now 3:29pm online orders she said very sweet system down for the moment told her I have a online order she said it coming now …. That good manners and manners is what makes a person thank you and thank you to Alexis the girl that came out to my car and brought me my food you guys thanks for being very very nice very sweet and professional I really hope your boss sees this and does something to praise you guys because that’s a hard job God bless yal Phil Ortega
I can’t even comment on the food or service. I’d just like to know why it’s too much hassle to put signs on the ordering stations that are broken. Sonic is suppose to be a quick stop, but if I wait for someone for 5 minutes because no sign is on a broken station, then move to another broken station it isn’t quick. How about checking your stations every morning and having some consideration for customers, it seems like that is too much of a hassle.
