Used the drive through as was only getting drinks. Four cars in front of us and we were in line for over 20 minutes. Seems one order would be taken, filled and then the next order taken and filled. Very frustrating as in line in plenty of time for happy hour but sat at the speaker waiting as the clock went past 5. The only explanation the female at the window could give was "the register has changed to regular price". Also had a Sprite with cranberry that was barely pink.
So I frequent a sonic daily for my drink. I go to all of them in Abilene and even go to Sonics when I am out of town. I have a little shi-t-zu puppy that I always get a little pup cup for. Even offer to pay for it. 99.9% of the time they give me one for her for free. Today is the second time I have asked for one for her, even offered to pay at Barrow Sonic and the female manager refused. Twice now. Wouldn't even let me buy one. I just can't believe how greedy she is. She's the only place EVER that has acted this way. Sonic on first has one ready for me when I pull up and even offers bacon for free. Terrible manager and not pet friendly
Sonic on South 14th street in the evening shift they are so short handed they are closing the drive thru and they still can not te d to the few customers like 7 cars in the stalls I think they are intentionally trying to run customers off very sad and very poor service use to be the best Sonic in town they eill tell you you have to wait 35 minutes if you order a milk shake or any ice cream had to push the order button 3 times waiting after each time I pushed the order button for the server to tell me each time you push the button you get put at the back of the line which there was no one else there ordering that I could hear because you can hear the people ordering in the evening they need to get a manager who is capable of running the evening shift!
Sorry guys. I love sonic but this location is slow on service, cold food that’s supposed to be hot and an incomplete order.
Waited in the drive through for over half an hour for two drinks. Absolutely ridiculous and won't ever visit this location again.
Love happy hour drinks! And when we eat there the food is really good.
Food was ready fast but was cold and I only got 1/2 container of tots even though I ordered fries
The milkshake I ordered didn't taste very good, could hardly taste the chocolate. My husband ordered a sonic blast with 2 types of candy and it only had one in it. And this is even after they had been made a second time.
this so nice has been the worst sonic in town since i moved here. first time i came through the server spilt a red drink all over my white car and didn’t bother to tell me and this last time i waited an hour for just drinks. i understand being busy. but an hour. really. pathetic. i will avoid this sonic at all costs.
Bought 2 drinks. I believe they were short handed cause it took longer to get our order. I could see in the widow they were 3 maybe 4 employees working. And the person that brought out our drinks out was very polite.
