I was recommended Sharky's by a co-worker when they heard I was driving from Fort Worth to Lubbock. They did not explain to me that it was inside a grocery store sharing seating space with a Starbucks. I'm glad that they were adamant as I would have passed on my first glance. Wow, my burrito was amazeballs✨. Not just because I got to customize it, but the ingredients were top notch and the staff knew what they were doing. They made me super comfortable as a new customer❤️ by helping me through their line and vast options to include (much needed since my head was still a bit fuzzy from a couple hours of driving a van full of teens?♂️). I look forward to future excuses to travel through Abilene now, thanks!

Great build your own burrito place. 3 choices of tortilla, 5 or 6 choices of protein, and lots of veggies and add-ons to choose from. Not an independant company from the United its attached to, its operated and ran by United.
The nachos we ordered were great, and Stephanie was incredibly kind and friendly, providing one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Really appreciated her and enjoyed the food, too!
The worst burrito I’ve ever had, and the customer service was awful. I wish 0 stars was an option.
No complaints on quality of food. The Star reflects the the customer service (short bearded individual and blonde headed young lady). If you are miserable and don’t want to help customers, your competitors will. My family and I have been going to Sharky’s for over ten years, and we will not return if they are still there.
So I’ve been three times(once with my little sister and cousin and the other two times with my grandma and my little sister) and I’d have to say that the last two times I’ve been were just amazing customer service wise. I got nachos and they were pretty good and is now one of the few places I’ll get nachos at. They are extremely kind when you go. The first time I went had different people working there(right before we couldn’t go anywhere because of covid)and they seemed cold almost. My little sister is like the pickiest person ever and they were very nice about it; sometimes when we go to places they get kinda irritated with us because we’re both extremely shy and soft spoken not that that is bad it’s not. I would get irritated too lol. Anyway let me just get to chase… the foods good, people are nice, and I’m definitely going back. The only thing I’d have to say is that I don’t like the sauce choices you get for your chip but that’s MY opinion and I’m extremely picky when it comes to sauces.P.S.- The best customer service I’ve ever had in my 15 years lol
