This was our first visit to the establishment only being familiar with it via word of mouth states away. The food is everything I expected and more, excellent quality. The only issue really is the place is a tad dated and ready for a refresh on the interior, but that's not a deal breaker in any way. Not far from the loop therefore I recommend this place when passing through the west side of Abilene.
The food isn't bad, but the service is usually subpar. It never fails something on my order is always screwed up...
Food is fresh and tasty! Staff is friendly. Front area clean but showing signs of age. Cabinet door broken and chairs worn.
I’ve been here a few times, but this last experience I don’t know whether to thank the staff or never eat a Cinnabon ever again in my life!The Cinnabon was stale and dry and tasted like it was out for over a week and of course I requested it heated but it was literally the worst Cinnabon I’ve ever put in my mouth! The nerve for them to add extra icing to cover it up!Yes I shouldn’t be in there eating it’s sugary goodness while I’m pregnant but hell.. I’ve been clean for quite sometime now! And everytime someone mentions Schlotzskys or Cinnabon I gag! Lol

Stars are ONLY for the fresh food. Meals take foreverrr to come out.. I'm talking just turn the car off in the drive through you'll be there THAT long. For heaven sakes GET AN ORDER RIGHT!! Lord help you if you order a salad... 4 out of 4 times the ticket has been right but they just put whatever on... -_-
Came here after a heavy workout at Crunch. The bearded gentleman behind the counter was courteous and prompt. We received our order quickly and it was correct. The sourdough buns were perfect. Will return.

I have gone to this location several times mainly because it's down the road from where I live but I'm about to start going to the other one across town. The sandwiches at this one have been good, but every time I come to 14th they don't answer in the drive thru, sometimes the doors are locked when it says they are suppose to be open. Like put a sign up that the drive thru is closed or something... and I saw other complaints about hair in the food it's probably because they don't wear hairnets or beard nets which you need in food service especially when you are the food handler. I worked in fast food for 6 years and their food handling and cleaning need some work. Yall just need to try to do better.
