Always pretty crowded when we go but the food is always really good and we never have to wait long for our order! Drive through sometimes can be a hassle. Many times the line is long. Not always a long wait. We have had to sit in the drive thru at the Judge Ely location for 30 minutes and the cashier wasn't the nicest.
My whole order was wrong. I was pretty upset as me and my husband were looking forward to what I had ordered. We dealt with it and ate what we could of it though not much. I called the next day to speak with a manager and let them know our order was made wrong. The manager apologized and said they would replace the order to just write down his name on the receipt. We didn't even really want to eat it again but I guess. So we go down there and there's a different manager on shift I explain the fact that I talked with a manager earlier in the day and that our order is supposed to be remade. The manager says fine but he can't replace the order through the drive thru and I have to go in the restaurant. I was like fine I guess, I'm glad that I wasn't in my pj's or leggings at this point. I park and go in explain the situation to the cashier to which the manager comes out and says he'll replace everything. They call my order number and the lady that serves me says very fast and monotone "sorry about that, thank you" I grab my food and leave. 1 item was still wrong but I wasn't gonna deal with them again. The thing is when a restaurant makes your order wrong they should try to do everything in their power to correct it. Not make me have to tell my story to 5 different people each one having no clue. And make the customer have to be inconvenienced by having to go in the restaurant to get the order replaced that they made wrong in the first place and then give rude customer service about it.
They have several locations/restaurant and has drive thru. Chicken taco meal. 3 tacos w rice and beans. Tacos were good needs sauce for taco. I used salsa that was with it. Chips and salsa very good. Ton of chips and salsa has a good bite! Ate too fast before I was able to get take a picture! ?
We ordered a double family fiesta meal and were told we’d need to wait 15 minutes for the veggies. They tried to convince us we should just go without the veggies, but we said the wait would be no problem. We waited, and 15 minutes later they brought out our order (to go). When we arrived at our destination, we opened the food and found: no vegetables! The worst part is when we called to see if they could make it right, they refused to do anything other than allow us to come back and pick up the vegetables.
Traveling thru Abilene long after lunchtime. Found this establishment via the Internet. It tasted great to us, especially the tortillas. I may never make it to Abilene again, but it will get a 2nd visit if I do.
Been craving Mexican food while being in colorado(don’t try it). This place is a upscale taco cabana. Tamale was a little dry but ok. Enchilada was dry also. Best part was the margaritas and the in house made tortillas were great.
I love Rosa's and it's one of my favorite places. I normally order the beef fajita burritos, and it's a gamble when I go. There are times when the fajita meat is hot, juicy, and freshly cooked. But there are also times it comes luke warm, very dry, and you can tell it's been sitting.
It was just ok. We were hoping for a much more authentic Mexican and this is pretty fast food quality but at a higher price. Service was good and restaurant was clean. Salsa bar was nice to have. I give it three stars because that’s the quality of food and that’s fair.
We had breakfast. It was good. Lots of food. The carrot cake is delicious! A young lady named Estelle was at the counter. She is delightful!
Food was really good! The people were nice and helpful even though we had issues picking what we wanted to eat. We got pretty much… one of everything lol and it was great! I thought pretty much everything was good and I will be coming back soon!
