Super cute ice cream shop to take your family too. Soy and dairy free options were available and great tasting! Employees were kind and helpful.
We were in Abilene for the CALF and stopped in for ice cream. The staff was so friendly and the ice cream was delicious. We all enjoyed watching the process and the detail put into each order.

When this business gets busy, you can expect a 30 to 45 minute wait for ice cream. This kinda dampens things and makes me have to avoid this place during busier times, as other places in town are usually much faster even when busy.

Worst service ever 20 min wait and still no ice cream but the strawberry blonde has time to pull her shorts out of her butt and then wants to hug all her friends that came in then took 20 min to try to get a refund and they ended up having to give cash back and owner Jerry when called stated this is the process order time 5 28 when leaving at 5 51 they had our order ready looking for who order it Oh and she never washed her hands after pulling her wedgie out not to mention the music was so loud but with no adult around kids will play
Loved the workers and the atmosphere, ice cream on the other hand was bland. I got the Chico, and it was flavored like bland ice cream with Graham crackers. Hopefully it was just a fluke. Def will try again.

We love to visit roll shack when we are in town visiting our daughter who is a college student at ACU. The ice cream flavors are always fresh and fun . Customer service is good…. But we always love when Janelle or Jaycee are working…. The service is exceptional! Definitely a must do in Abilene !
