Very Very rude. Not realizing that it was the "lunch run" I called to speak with a manager about something. So a man get's on the phone and says "Hello", "Hurry up hurry up this is my lunch run" For starters as a manager of a business I would have had the person answering the phone to take a message and advised them I was unavailable at the moment. Businesses run because of patronage and this is one business that I will tell all my family and friends to NEVER visit. I have never in my life experienced such a rude interaction in my 47 years of living. This is definitely something that they could never come back from and I hope the owner trains the workers better on customer service skills. Please remember that customer service is very important in the hospitality world. Peace and Love ❤️
We witnessed a cook smoking out back and doing a big puff of smoke right as he was going back in and then proceeded to witness the 2 cooks one being the smoker and the other wiping his nose but still proceeded to cook and scratch his head with his hat over the food cooking on the grill and we also been waiting 15 minutes for our order outside with orders in the window for the same amount of time we been waiting. More training and less wait time. People ordering inside getting their food before us. And we ordered 1st.
Would give 5 stars but I feel like the quality of the food has gone down the past couple times I've gone. I still think it's a good place to grab a burger though.
I love it. Best burger in town. Frankly if you don't like Rick and Carolyn's you have an enemy and his name is me.
They took a lot of favorites off the menu, like fried pickles. The food was good but very expensive. I pay less at better restaurants.
Service was very prompt and polite. Food is fresh and tasty.
A come for lunch every couple weeks or so. Great family owned place, very good food and people.
It was great to see so many patrons supporting this local eatery. Fast, friendly service. Fresh food and felt like i was visiting old friends. Steak fingers are exceptional here.
I pretty regularly came here with only minor issues like them shorting me a chicken strip, missing the toast, etc (all without any complaint whatsoever), but after today, never again. They definitely showed me keeping customers and professionalism are not their priorities. I honestly should not have still gone through with the transaction but I felt bad for the cooks if they had already started the order. I will not waste my money here anymore though. Looks like I will be going to Heff's from now on.
Mom and Pop Place that offers the best sweet tea, delicious real ground beef burgers cooked on a flat top! Fresh cut fries! Friendly staff!
