We had the new Brisket chip appetizer for $10.69. It was small and tasteless. Maybe 6 chips on a saucer size. The bottomless fries were never refilled. The bottomless root beer was hard to get refilled and second portion hardly made a float. The waiter seemed to avoid us and when I paid the bill, it will be a long time before I would go back.
The server was SUPER nice and really attentive. But the restaurant was just kind of gross, the fabric seat backs were filthy and the rims of the cups look like they had a thick layer of film on them. The food at this RR is not nearly as good as I remember it being in my home town. I had convinced my husband to go when he really didn’t want to but, I’ll take the L on this one. I won’t be going again.

Been several times the last few months and it’s never terrible, but definitely nothing to rave about. I feel like the drinks are better than the food. Especially for the price I expect a little better quality. Service is always good though.
this place is absolutely horrible.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!aside from the long wait for a small order, the disrespect for people of other races and ethnicity's by the staff is very disappointing.the dirty looks, the staring, the whispering. I was very dissatisfied and disgusted with this place and the lack of courteousness for customers.not to mention my sister witnessed one of the workers cooking onion rings WITH NO GLOVES DURING COVID.yes that's right, dipping them in eggs and flour with no gloves and these were the same ones they gave us! it's no wonder they tasted the way they did.0.3 out of ten, would not reccomend.
The relationship this place has with delivery drivers has been deteriorating since the beginning of the pandemic. Originally they would promptly bring the order out to the car but now they require drivers to come in and be ignored until no other customers need service. Simply asking about the order can cause even more tension no matter how it's asked. Sorry I'm not psychic.
The fish and chips. Not good the fish was wet and translucent. Super weird…it had an ammonia smell to it. They explained they are having to use a different fish. Uhhh I dunno I eat many different types of fish none has ever been translucent and weird like that. I would take that off the menu until I figure out what was up with it. I found out I was not the only one who had issues with that menu item…
The burger I had was great, the fries nice and crunchy with give in the middle, and the donuts were excellent, although a bit messy to bite into.
Took my daughter and 6 year old granddaughter for lunch on a Sunday to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. I asked if they would sing to her and did they ever! She loved it, loved her birthday treat and enjoyed the attention so much. Our server was excellent (Hailey or Holly? - forgive me for not remembering ♥) and the food was great too. Not a single complaint here.. loved the experience. Thanks, y'all!
