Did Drive-thru, ??‍♀️???‍♀️! I know betterThe Box Combo4 Chicken Strips, crinkle fries, one Cane's sauce, Texas toast, coleslaw, regular drink/tea. $9.69 +taxGood chicken strips, hot and fresh. They must have just taken them out of the fryer. I love their Cane sauce, but really you can give at least two when a person gets the combo meal of 4 or more. There is not enough for four tenders!! Then to make people pay for extras! I just paid $10.49 for a four strip combo. I can spend this same thing at Chick-fil-A for a 12 piece and get a healthy side of a salad or fruit with one of their famous ? lemonades plus they will give me all the sauce I ask for.Fries not hot and fresh. I got one out of bag to enjoy while it was still nice and hot ? on the drive home. ? They were limp, cold, under cooked, and pretty much nasty!!The Texas toast was not toast. It was dried out bread with some grease/butter (what ever is in that thing they use to apply the fat to the bread) on it. It didn't even look like it was ever on the flat top. More like it had been in an air fryer for a couple minutes till it was just dry, but not toasted and brown. The coleslaw was actually good. Crisp, cold, great flavor and not to much of anything.

Recently, I came through the drive thru over at this location. I really do like the greeting I get every time! In fact, I was able to meet one of the head managers I guess. I believe her name was jemima! She introduced me into the chicken sandwich on toast/buttered on both sides/ and I loved it! I will definitely be going back there, probably tonight! I might be biased, but Jemima deserves a raise!

We received good service and the food was good but I was expecting a little bit more. I think it might have just been a one time thing

Came in at opening to a nice clean and comfortable restaurant. Staff were friendly and not overly fake-friendly which is nice. Music was not too loud, and had an interesting mix of artists playing. Food took a little longer since they had just opened, but totally worth the wait. Eating in the restaurant is definitely better than taking it to go; chicken and fries were hot and crispy and the garlic bread wasn't soggy from box condensation. Saved a couple of tenders to go and ate them cold, they still had a nice crunch and tasted great! Will definitely be back.

Samuel used to work here, and he had like the fattest fingers ever. Like each finger was like a bratworst sausage. In other words, he basically coined the term chicken fingers, and I love this place for that. Solid food too.

We love the sauce this place has for there chicken tenders. So traveling down the road we pulled up their app and made an order of 3 drinks, a 25 piece tailgate, some fries and coleslaw. When we arrived the order was waiting but missing 1 drink and the sauce for the tenders. Not a huge deal since I caught it while we were there, if I hadn't and we would of been down the road it would have been a different story.

When your are hungry and trying to make good time on the interstate be sure to stop here. We have eaten at Raising Cane's at several locations closer to home so familiar with menu and service. This location did not disappoint. If you want chicken with great sauce stop here. Much less crowded compared to Chick-fil-la nearby.

Chicken is always fresh and quick... Love getting the Box combo cut the slaw extra toast .. then take 2 tenders and the 2 pieces of toast and cover it in canes sauce for a yummy sandwich !!

I went to canes a few days ago, and like any normal visit i ordered my regular meal. I usually notice that the place is full of teen employees (which is totally fine) but as i was as a teen, sometimes pretty careless. I noticed i got REALLY bad and severely undercooked chicken but it was too late. About 6-7 hours later, i was in a hospital bed with the worst food poisoning i’ve ever had. I ended staying a couple days. The doctor and I narrowed it down to the canes i ate before. It kinda blew me away honestly. I really hope they have more training, or the employees are a little less careless in the kitchen because especially when it comes to chicken, it can be really dangerous. I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but if it’s happened to me, who’s to say it won’t happen to someone else. I really hope someone gets this figured out so it doesn’t happen again.

The place was packed but the food was moving quickly. The parking lot was full, drive through line around the building, and standing room only inside, but we didn't wait for more then 3 or 4 minutes for our food. They were quick and kept the place clean and stocked.
