This location was very clean and the employees were very nice and the food was very good!
This Popeyes on ambler is the worst, hell it ain't too much better by the mall but that's another story. I have to wait 20-30 mins for chicken and you still give me cold and dry chicken? Red beans and rice, Idk what that tasted like?. Popeyes needs to change management or completely shut down. Food and service is disgusting. I'll be looking into this!!!
Only car in drive through, was told over speaker would be just a minute. 10 minutes later went to window and told girl that I had been waiting for a while. She said that it had been hectic in dining room so manager told them to cut drive through off. Nothing was said to me. Only 3 cars parked for inside restaurant. Obviously needs some serious help inside if the 4 workers I saw cannot keep up.
I must say they must be under new management! I’ve been visiting this location for the past six years and never has everything been as good as it is now. The food the service and the quality is magnificent! Definitely Five stars for me I will be visiting this location every week ! Also let’s not forget their “BUTTA MILK BISCUITS” they where out of this world ?
One of thee worst popeyes I've been to service wise. Drive thru screen was cracked, so pulled to window. Waited 7 min (counted) till they came and told me to come in (mind you they were looking at me the whole time.) Then when I go in, the manager is cussing at the employees because someone stole the keys. I promise you I cannot make this up with the amount if people not in uniform walking outside and then inside behind the counters. I could dismiss all of that if the food was of good quality, ive had gas station chicken that was better.
They messed up my order. I ordered online and have the receipt that has what I ordered but it's not what I got. they shorted part of one meal and on the other meal I had ordered a breast and a wing and I got a leg and a thigh. I won't be going back.
Need to keep spice chicken readily available without the wait
An employee made a mistake on my order , charged twice and then it's became a nightmare between refunding the money ,she made and unapologetic, unprofessional, talking anyhow to the point where the manager has to step in and he really calm down the situation and resolve the problem, other that it was a great food , I go to Popeyes very often in the fort worth erea, it was my first time in Abilene where I was just passing by .
Employees mainly consist of ghetto and rude teenagers. They rarely ever have any of their product and have very very long drive through times. The location on the southside is superb compared to this one. Might as well shut it down and take the losses
If they had dine in I'd give five stars. The food is always great. Service is usually pretty good
