Order was completely wrong. U would think a 40 dollar pizza would come with extra sides like ordered. I would of been better off getting the 20 dollar one cause that’s what I ended up with any ways. The soda was flat like it has been sitting in the drivers car as well and the cheese sticks was cold as hell. Looks like dominos from now on.

Order by delivery Never got my order they sent out with doordash but they did remake my order when I went up there tho
The store is 2 minutes from my house. The driver left the store, drove pass my street, delivered to several places; and I finally delivered my pizza 39 minutes after leaving the store. The pizza was cold.
This is the 2nd time that I have called to have a pizza ready at about 5pm. Well over an hour. I was denied 5pm pickup. Is there a reason why this cannot be done when I give over an hour to make it? I am trying to understand this.

Have always called and placed our orders without any problems whatsoever, have always been taken care of with the best of service. However today when calling not once but 3 times first my mother called twice and then I called once to try and finish placing our order only to be told by the acting manager Jordan, that he was refusing service because she had asked about a previous order that was supposed to have been replaced added to this new order.And he hung up and we could call and speak with the GM tomorrow. That is not customer service
It was good and just in time too in making it as well too
