I’m an ex Panda Express employee (used to work in Orlando,FL) and am familiar with how the business runs. For the negatives: This location seems to be inconsistent in terms of service. Additionally, inconsistent with the entree quality. I’ve received broccoli beef a couple times where you could definitely tell it had been sitting out for too long. They never have string bean chicken ready no matter what time you go in. Positive side: I have observed the manager engage with the customers and be very friendly on previous occasions. My thought process is that many people cannot afford to go out often, are maybe visiting a family member they don’t see often, are sharing a last meal before their spouse deploys or simply just had a rough day. This means that the quality of your service and food is important and helps create memories and comfort people, plus we are paying customers. Consistency is key.
Meh....Major chain catering to the masses so everything tastes the same.Except the eggrolls, they are terrible.A safe bet if your only experience with asian food is tv dinners.
Lizzy, Emma and Chris are absolutely amazing! They are always happy and work together very well. They really put a lot of pride into their work and try their best to make us as customers happy. I've seen them encounter some rude customers and they just take it in stride and smile and say i hope you have a wonderful day. Now that is outstanding customer service!
First, they are finally back open for dine-in which is a HUGE plus in my book.Second, my internet connection wasn’t great when I placed my online order and it went through twice. I received a call almost immediately letting me know they received two identical orders and just making sure that I didn’t want both. I really appreciated the extra effort there!
I'm visiting my mom for the weekend and we drove by around lunch time... Thinking we could drive through and take it home. So we did. Unfortunately we didn't check our plates. Both were incorrect, but the worse part was the food looked like it had been sitting for days. I ordered teriyaki chicken... Which was older... And no sauce. They also told us while handing us the bag they were out of soy sauce... I'm not sure if they just forgot the teriyaki sauce or if they were out also. The teriyaki chicken was the only item they got half right. Definitely check your bag before you leave.
It's fast food so don't get your hopes up, but the service could be better. It's excruciatingly slow, they run out of steamed rice frequently and it stays pretty dirty. Overall, not the best.
Both times I have come here the food has been mediocre at best. The chicken is soggy and they overload on vegetables instead of meat. The portions given are small as well. Today, I tried to pay with a gift card and was told that there was no money on the card. I asked the associate to try again because I have never used the card and there should be $25 on it. The same thing happened so I figured that the store it was bought from never loaded the money. So I pay with my debit card, and after the transaction processed the associate asked to see the gift card again. She says "oh thats my fault, there is $25 on the card". I politely asked for her to refund the money to my debit card and run the transaction on the gift card. Her response was "no, I don't want a refund on this register so I will just give you $25 cash for the gift card".. I don't understand what just happened. And again the food is horrible.
In my last visit we waited for more than 20 minutes for them to take our order. Tu busy as usual. But the food was great.
If I order teriyaki chicken I would expect some teriyaki sauce in the bag. This has been like the 3rd time its occurred (went thru drive thru). Yall can do better Panda Express.
Grading on a scale that includes sit down restaurants. For fast food it's quite good. Was a Saturday night near I 20 in Abilene. They were really slammed, but stayed courteous throughout my visit. They were running, to keep up with all the customers.
