Was greeted by "hey Whats up?" Would of been okay but I wasnt even allowed to order then.... Then after ten minutes was greeted same way and then was aloud to order then was told my mcdouble bundle wasnt on menu then person was like oh yeah thw 3 dollar bundle... Then i wanted mayo not mustard or ketchup and that seemed a hassle... So yeah and whats with sweet tea never sweet.
A young gentleman with blond hair(had a pony tail and it was curly I think) was so so so kind! Him and a couple other members but mostly him. My son walked up to him proud as can be from his karate tournament earlier, they spoke about TikTok and my son showed him his Karate metals. This sweet and kind young man took the time to listen and told my son he was proud of him. Proceeded to ask me if he could gift him an ice cream and I said yes! Y’all have an excellent employee working for you and this young man deserves a raise or promotion for representing your company and going above and beyond excellent customer service. Thank you! I gave one star because you can’t give zero stars. A week ago I got a double cheeseburger that turned out to be a single. Yesterday I picked up two double fish sandwiches for me and my wife. I got home and they were singles. I live 40 minutes from town so didn’t want to drive back. I called but never got an answer so I stopped today on my way home from work. I told the manager and she asked if I called. I said yes but no answer. She was rude and said there was nothing wrong with their phone and she couldn’t do anything. Double fish sandwiches are expensive. I said “ so you would rip an old man off then tell him get lost?”. Sad, very sad.
So the staff and food are great. But I'm trying to eat my lunch, and all I hear is the "tyrant" of a boss yelling and barking orders. I would love to say this is the first time it's happened, but today it's extra. I've worked in the food service industry for over 20yrs, and I don't know how they put up with that kind of behavior. I couldn't leave fast enough!!
We just left the McDonald’s by the mall of Abilene. We waited for 20 mins before placing an order. Also we asked for four sandwiches and paid for 4 sauces. The mcchicken was special ordered for added vegetables, which mean all the vegetables on the chicken sandwich. So we waited another few minutes. Guess what, they made another McChicken sandwich with no vegetables. Wow!!! Poor service!!!
Always busy but it's either lunch rush or dinner rush so they try to get everyone out as best as they can with the correct orders.
I went through the drive through and asked for the McPlant burger. The guy that took my order was rude. He told me he had never heard of it. I told him its all over the TV and he says "well I dont have a Tv. I explained its a vegan burger. He says we dont carry anything vegan.
I know McDonalds are known to forget items on an order. How does one forget to add utensils, syrup and hash brown.This has been the worse McDonald’s service ever. Yes I could have gone back to get items but I was driving through town just needed something quick
While the line is always long as hell, there is a reason! They get so much business coz the orders are accurate and taste great!(in my experience) They actually move pretty fast and u aren't in line long unless some1 has a big order
I ordered food 45 minutes ago on the mobile app. Went to the store and the line was backed up to the road by the stop light. I finally get up to the window at 3:11 and they say it's cash only. I told them I ordered on the app and they say there's nothing they can do. I didn't have cash because I ordered online and didn't need any. So after 45 minutes I went home with nothing. How can a multinational company have computers that go down for an hour when grocery stores and other 24 hour establishments can run credit cards all day long without a break? I'm fuming right now!!!
