Quick service great place

This isn't a bad location. Their employees are always very friendly and nice. The drive thru is always crazy long and busy. It tends to be a wait usually. The line usually ends up in the street. The wait time is slow but the food is always accurate and fresh. This is a good location. I recommend but there will be a long wait time.

It's a regular McD's with a solidly fast drive through for the traffic they get. WAY faster than 14th St location

This has been literally the worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered my food on line and when I got there I still had to wait 30 minutes! When I got home I had noticed that they forgot to make one of the breakfast sandwiches and forgot to put sirup for pancakes and ketchup. I think it’s unfair for people to be waiting for a long time for their food and at the end not even getting all the stuff that WE paid for. I would not be visiting this store again!

Just got home terrible terrible workers were burnt out falling asleep at the window I reapeted my order twice they still got my order wrong told them I need a frappe still gave me a coffee told I need a mc muffin keept on suggestion biscuits after all still got a egg McMuffin with no eggs they always screw up my order but this the last time I go to that location they need staff that really wants to work not bleeding the clock and screwing up orders

I am a very reasonable person and I can be very patient. But after the last year of poor service and even poorer food quality I figured I would vent.I am still recovering from my food poisoning bout that came from the only thing I ate yesterday, a quarter pounder. In the last year I have eaten here likely 30-40 times. (don't judge me)At least half of the orders were missing items or the fries come out cold or half filled. They have one or two ladies who work the front and do a great job with a smile. The back of the house staff is an absolute mess. One time I had to drive back to get the entire meal they forgot to put in and fix the kids meals they had wrong. Two of the workers started laughing at me and the other UPSET CUSTOMERS inside all for being upset about our orders wrong."Ohh they big mad" - said the girl"I ain't no slave, they can come back here and fix they own ****" - random workerNeedless to say enough is enough. The management does NOT have control of the crew. They are disrespectful, lazy, dirty, and spend more time cutting up then they take their job seriously.TIGHTEN UP MCDONALDS!

Foods good but I do not like the new kiosk thing to order your own food couldnt get help from employees cause got stuck at table tent number cause there weren't any and if I wanted to work at McDonald's I'd apply for a job.

I used to love McDonald's but I went there today for the first time in about 2 years and I should had went somewhere else. Burgers I got seem like they had been sitting for awhile and not even hot and fries were hard and cold. Not what I was expecting so this will be my last time coming to this restaurant.

As a customer, I have only gotten a correctly made order when I order 1 item, as it comes already. Otherwise, I am missing items and have to go inside, I have been forgotten about and had to order again, I have had to return to the store as items are missing. I have gone inside and on multiple occasions the workers are enjoying themselves, laughing, joking and talking amongst themselves as I or other customers wait to have their orders taken. Several employees have been rude about having to do their jobs or assist customers. Simply put, they don't respect their jobs, or the income they get from it, enough to do it correctly.
