I would give them zero stars if possible. We placed a order to go and it took 18 minutes before we got our food. Another customer came in saying that it had been twenty minutes since she had ordered. They gave her food to her, but she had to come back in again because they shorted her 2 large fries. Meanwhile another customer from the dining area was also shorted fries for his party. One of the staff was apologizing to customers and saying the errors were due to the fact that they were so busy. They were not, and I would not want to be there when they actually were. We did get the fries that we ordered, but they were limp and completely unseasoned. This location needs to do some serious work on training.
Avoid at all costs. Last time to visit. Nothing was correct about my order ,except my fries. Save money, time and sanity.
Currently sitting in the drive thru a second time. We order the 40 PCs nugget with 2 large fries and a double quarter pounder meal large sized. When we received our order from the window we parked and checked it to find that we were missing 2 of the fries so we attempted to call since the diningroom was closed but nobody answered so we had to get back in line causing our dinner to get cold. They did correct the issue by giving us our missing fries but it could've been avoided if the order was double checked by the window person.
Always a drive thru for us. Friendly employees always smiling. They work very hard to get you order out fast and correct. Check for your condiments, sometimes in their haste they forget them.
Waited a long time for our food and employees acted like we were bothering them. No hello how you doing nothing. They were really friendly to their family members or boy friend that came in.
Can't follow simple directions for orders. I order mcdoubles with no onions all the time here and they constantly mess this up. I'd say around 8 out of 10 times it comes out with onions.
S 14th location The entire large fry went straight in the trash at home. Every single fry overcooked and crunchy. They were darker than my chicken nuggets. Great service, smh
Waited 32 minutes to get our food. Half the order was wrong. 41 minutes to get a correct order. Look it is possible they were short staffed like many fast food restaurants are. I am not unsympathetic to that. But 40 minutes for McDonald's and rude service to boot. That's just not acceptable.
The service was great..The food was good..It just takes to long to get your order..A☆
Trying to figure out how all the other places in town shut down early but McDonald's stays open having their people work all night on Xmas eve but I bet the owners got to enjoy time with their families.
