It was busy but the line was steadily moving so we got our food quickly. Staff was great and friendly
Rude service. Lady behind the counter refused to even answer a question. Customer service isn't something that is done there. Ugly decor rude people and cold old food . Such a shame McDonald's used to be family friendly. Not anymore
My Husband and I will most likely not go back!The women at the take order station messed up my Husband order ? and when I asked to change my water to an unsweetened tea she shook her head so I thought okay tank you when I asked for my second cup she got rude and told me your getting water lol okay thank you.Yes there was a line but food was cold when they called our number
this place usually satisfies me every time i go but i get home and open my box and there’s no chicken nuggets! just fries and apples!!! and i paid for the whole thing. never coming back here again.
Large Mocha Frappe please....and a Mcgridle for babe. I used to work here. Put in about 6months...lol paid off my car note though..?✌??

So we went to eat at McDonald’s on judge ely, and my daughter opens her happy mean and says “mommy this isn’t chicken nuggets” they gave my daughter ranch instead of chicken nuggets!!!! I am disgusted and probably will stop eating McDonald’s. People that know me know that one of my favorite fast food is McDonald’s but after this I am DONE! Best believe corporate and health department will be contacted. ???
Have had a bad experience here pretty much every time I have been. Went tonight and when they gave me the total I told them I wanted to split payment on 2 different cards and they said that they can't do that. Never been a problem before. I've decided I'm boycotting the whole McDonald's franchise bc I never have a good experience!!!!
Food was better than another one in town. But the fries were a bit salty and weren't that hot.
No greeting or nothing. Went to the pick up window, and the girl just hands the food over then shuts the window! She even forgot our drink so when asked about it she just gives an annoyed face hands us the drink the shuts it back? Talk about worst customer service smh!
