I was really looking forward to a jalapeno turkey crunch. Mine came with NO crunch, no avacodo and no bacon. What a huge let down! Plus I wanted a pickle spear. Guess what!! That's right no pickle. Also, my hubby ordered a club sandwich. The bread was way past day or even 2 days old. Hard enough he wouldn't eat it. This is definitely the worst McAllisters I have ever tried. I give it a 2 because the young lady that was at the drive up window was polite and cordial. Oh, and by the way I tried to call at 8:55 and they wouldn't answer the phone! Tried to add photos but couldn't figure it out.
Food was great! Service was very slow. Saw a bunch of food in the service window and no one running it out. Two people on the register but only one register was actually open. The lady was taking orders while the guy just stood there playing on the register while food was sitting in the window. It took the manager to come around from the back and start running food before the guy did anything. Thank goodness for the manager because I don't know if anyone in the restaurant would've gotten any food.
Great place for a quick lunch or to just hangout and visit over lunch or dinner. They offer sandwiches, big fresh gourmet salads and soups. They have a big selection of salad dressings for salads. They also offer gluten free sandwiches.we had the gluten-free Rueben sandwich with fresh fruit which was good. The Savannah chopped salad was fresh and delicious. Also we had the southwest avocado salad which was good.
It was just okay. My co-polit wanted a potato and they didn't have Amy potatoes. The chicken on his grilled chicken salad was cold and the mac and cheese looked pitiful.
Doesn't ever have spuds when you order them, rude cashier. I said thank you after placing order and she just says mmmm
Quality fresh food well prepared. Many of their sandwiches are standout good.
Very busy location for lunch. Stood in the order line for 45 minutes. They could improve their service, it was very slow to order.
It was very good! Some of the employee's need to learn much more on information! But was very good service!

This place is awesome, has the best Ruben sandwich I have had in a long time, and there potatoes soup is excellent. If you ever are in Abilene Texas go and check out McAlister's Deli
