went thru drive thru. got all the way home to find out they left out one of my sides. then one of the fillets was mostly batter overcooked and drenched in grease same with the fries.
If I could give a zero star review I would. We went in at 9:09pm to them telling us they were closing the lobby. They did let us place a to go order. It took them 40 minutes to get our order out. 30 minutes into the wait they tell us that they are out of green beans and then they were out of hushpuppies. Finally settled on fries. Didn't expect it to take another 10 minutes. Only had 2 meals and one of the meals had small amount of fries while the other had the normal amount. I will never go back and I don't recommend anyone else to go there.
we waited almost 45 minutes for our food and then it was greasy and cold.. they had very poor service as well there were several Carl waiting for their food..
This is one of the few Long John Silver's that is still open. Our service was horrible. They do not recognize they're online ordering system. There was a 45 minute wait, and it didn't matter if it was an online order, dine-in, or drive thru. With service like this, they won't be open very much longer. The food wasn't good either. The crust for the fish & shrimp was rock hard. Very disappointed.
This location was absolutely horrible. No forks no napkins no cocktail sauce. The bathrooms here are incredibly nasty. I don't know if it's a franchise or a company-owned store but either way I will never step foot there again I mean the kid working the counter actually told me some of the items were not good to eat
Place was very very dirty . All tables were dirty , floor was nasty. There were only but 3 ppl in there. They boy at the register was just standing there with a tooth pick in between his teeth and one point was messing with his hair. When he could of been cleaning the place up. But the food was good. .
Ordered the share plate with 2 pieces fish 3 shrimp one chicken fries 2 hush puppies and cole slaw for my daughter and I to share with 3 extra shrimp, clams and crumbs.Had not eaten here in 2 months or so.Fries were greasy, fish and chicken were very greasy. Shrimp were greasy but we could peel the crust off. Clams were good as well as hush puppies. They left out the cole slaw which is the reason we wanted the crumbs. (Slaw and crumbs are great mixed together) They were out of vinegar for the fish (which we were not able to eat anyway) Won't be back.
I will start off with the good then go from there...Food was awesome.... thankfullyService was horrible.The wait was stupid long. OVER 40 MNUTES with only 4 people in front of me!They charged more than the life size advertisement in front of the register showed it cost and said they could do nothing about it. I was told had been like that since she, the manager in charge, had been working there. The place was filthy. I won't be back for a long time if I ever do go back... and I love LJS!!!
I got the two piece fish. 2 piece chicken platter, but they gave me three piece fish and one piece chicken. The chicken was very old and the fish was extra greasy, the fries I could not even eat, too hard, very poor in quality food. Very disappointed.
Went to the drive thru ordered clams and a Pepsi and the new Mac n cheese definitely not worth the price , Pepsi nozzles definitely need to be clean soda was not fresh and the Mac n cheese was very , very small for 2.50 shame on y'all LJS I couldn't believe it was in that tiny container ?
