WORST EVER KFC I EVER BEEN!!! UNPROFESSIONAL. RUDE. ALWAYS STEEP YOU WITH YOUR CASH CHANGES AND FOOD! Just watch out with all your order and transaction in their drive thru! Everytime I ordered chicken I always asked for white meat (willing to pay extra) but they never give it to you. And this is the 3rd time…. As well as the change as I paid cash never given correctly. It’s very sad that Abilene only have this location near me. Only 2 KFC in the entire town
My gravy was not in the box she told me it was I looked again and told her I guess it's invisible she come over to the counter grab my bag on the way over there said oh I gave you the wrong one brought it back to me tossed it on the counter was very rude I won't ever be back
The best customer service at the drive thru during the lunch hour! Genuinely polite, respectful and courteous!! This is what customer service is all about. My order could have been wrong and I still would have been a happy customer. I'm sorry I didn't pay more attention to your name tag to give an appropriate shout out but I'm sure those in the restaurant know who you are. Thank you and I hope others learn from your excellent customer service skills!!!
I was getting lunch with my sister and there was a couple ahead of us waiting for a humongous take out order. I’m not a whiny complaining type so I waited patiently. When I finally got my order the guy was very polite and apologetic about the wait. When I got to the table I found he had given us each an extra piece of chicken. That’s pretty awesome in this day and age. Wish I had recommended him for a raise.
Ordered online waited in drive thru for 15 minutes the store was not even busy and when I got to the speaker the lady tells me to come inside to get it?? I guess she was to lazy to grab the bag and hand it to me after making me wait 15 minutes.
Quality food in a fairly convenient location, but the employees sound like their souls have left their body once they clocked in. Could be a reason they're unhappy, might need management looked into. Otherwise, always a great location for crispy chicken family meals.
I ordered a 16pc chicken meal. The chicken was under cooked. They forgot my mashed potatoes. My coleslaw had a hair in it. My fries were burnt. I called the store told the manager said she didn't care she strat up called me a liar. Spent over $50.00 and it all went down the drain.
This branch of KFC is better than the 1 over on NE 10th. The food comes out faster, hotter, and its quiet as well.
Prices on drive through are incorrect, got home and had someone else's order. Food wasn't fresh
They have great chicken.Went to get chicken about 9:00pm to find them closed, it would be nice if they put a sign on their door to let people know they're closing early for the holidays.
