I order from this location pretty frequently and have consistently had good experiences. I recently heard rumors the quality was declining but brushed it off as someone's isolated experience. Today I decided to treat myself to a Vito - one of my go-to orders - and barely recognized the sandwich I received. I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich the contents of the sandwich were so paltry. The meat was nearly non-existent, the provolone cheese WAS non-existent, I couldn't taste the oil and vinegar, and I certainly did not get the extra bail and oregano I asked for. Again: best sandwich. I hope this is an anomaly, but now I worry having heard from others this is a trend. I can't do without Jimmy John's, but maybe it's time to rediscover Firehouse?

I called this store serval times to cancel order for pickup due to wrong location was chosen. Not only did they not cancel the order the staff was very rude and unprofessional. Stated the sandwich was already made and they weren't able to honor the refund. Luckily it was on $9.59. I hope it's worth your while.

My fiancé and I had flew into Abilene after have a long day of travel we were In desperate need of something to eat. We saw the “Free Smells” sign and quickly pulled in. Their hours showed they were closed online but as we opened the door the three ladies in there were nice as could be! Customer service was 10/10!! It wasn’t just a great sandwich it was a great experience! Thank you! Shout of to the 7/17/ 21 night crew- y’all are the best!!!
Always good always freaky fast?
Nope! Just popped in and immediately popped back out. Not a single employee was wearing a face mask. First, the pandemic is not over. Secondly, regardless of a pandemic or not, I still want to see my food preparers wearing masks and gloves. I don’t want facial hair, spittle, nose droppings, etc. commingling with my food. Oh, and they don’t have a drive-through, so definitely won’t be returning anyway.
JJ’s is one of my favorite lunch spots. I always get fast, friendly service and great food!
