The order was incorrect and so we returned to pick up a replacement meal yet different than the first requested item that they messed up. The girl who took our order initially , when submitting our items informed us as a response to our request, the sides to our meal which allowed for french fries as an option, that we could not instead, have mashed potatoes and so she had to charge us for the mashed potatoes as an additional side added to our order. I asked her if she could just run and inform the chefs to not ready any fries but to instead, prepare 3 portions of "mashed potatoes" for our selected side item which regularly accompanies the Philly cheese steak sandwich meal and beef sirloin tips dinner. When requested that she go physically to the kitchen she discovered the substitute button on her monitor and thus the request we made to have our potatoes to be prepared mashed not fried was electronically sent to the kitchen and we saved close to ten dollars.....we were speechless!!! Oh and the food - terrible!

We sat for an hour, hardly dealt with our waitress, and when we asked for our food to go, because it took so long, the food was cold, and it wasn't correct. I get it, it was late breakfast early lunch, but if our waitress was paying attention to the orders, our order would've been correct, hot, and to us in a timely manner. Our food had been sitting on the line ready for at least twenty minutes when I asked for our food to go.
OMG EVERYTHING WERE SO GOOD,My colorado omelete was very delicious the streak inside crispy , and pancake are crispy as well.Also our waiter Brandon was so nice and police,
Our waitress was really rude and forgetful. Our food took forever to get, and was warm at best once it came to the table. She was also upset about splitting the bill between the 2, even without asking how the bill should state. It's really sad, my family and I have been there many times and loved it.
I want to thank IHOP for their Community Outreach to Cub Scout Pack 217. Everything was delicious and helpful during our cold night. It was nice waking up to fresh warm food.
Don't order curbside pickup and don't expect them to answer the phone. Checked in online and called multiple times to be told they didn't know I was there and got my food 50 min after scheduled time

The food was ok and the service was ok. They should have better look at their cups before serving customers they had a weird film around the top of the glass grossed me out. The only thing good was the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Also they were out of all kinds of food. Very disappointing won't be going back
