On june 28We dine in. Took our order for 40 mins we got our food. Then before we go we order chicken to take home. Took 45.mins . But we keep aaking 5 tomea where is the order finally when we aak can we apeak with the manager the bar tenderSeems ignore us and after 10 nins they bring out chicken to go. See the picture how it burn. Taste burn chiecken.
I love hooters. Worked at 1 for 3 years. This particular 1 was at best a 2 out of 10. Placed my order online. Sat on parking lot for an overly sufficient amount of time(maybe 45min). Traveling partner went in to get it and was gone for at least 30 min(kinda was wondering if he had fallen asleep or something). He finally came back w the order of shrimp and 2 orders of crab legs. No utensils for being able to eat such a thing..at all. So I went back in and stood at the front for a good 6 or 7 min, 1 waitress having made sure contact w me and everything but totally neglected to say 1 word to me. Mind you this was at 7pm...a hostess should have still been present. Anyways..saw another WakaWaitress at a order station in the back so I walked over to her. No one else was in this area BUT me..she never looked up at me in the 2 or 3 min I stood there in front of her. I finally said excuse me, twice, before being acknowledged. I asked her for some crackers for the crab legs and she acted as if I asked for some act of God or something. I think there were 3 tables total in the entire place and the 1 chick today made eye contact had 1 of them. She finally came out maybe 6-7min later and handed me 1 set. I was not about to stand around and wait for another. The wait staff was less than attentive, helpful, polite, or even friendly. I would not return to this location if u were paying for my meal. I spent over $100 and got water only type service. Wish I hadn't given any tip on the tab. That was done b4 any interaction was had. Couldn't believe hooters of all places. But then there's that.
Don't order to-go food. Every time we have placed an order online it takes an hour and a half or more for our food. Then the order is always missing items. Then when you get the food it's cold like it was just sitting in the back getting cold. If the restaurant isn't capable of handling to-go orders they need to just cancel the option. It has been like this since the location has opened.
Scenery was wonderful, most of the servers lived up to the name. Don't expect much though when it comes to knowing the menu or asking any questions about what's around town if you're not from there. The food was way overpriced and didn't taste very well at all.
I am traveling for work and ordered carryout the other day. My order was ready when I went to pick up. I ordered the buffalo salad with grilled chicken and hot buffalo. To me, Hooter's sauces run mild. So, if you are unfamiliar with them, the hot isn't spicy at all to me, don't be afraid of it. There was a huge amount of chicken on my salad, I enjoyed it very much. The only funny thing is, I also received 8 ketchup packets with my salad. I will probably order to go again before I leave. Also, this is the newest Hooter's that I have been to - clean and modern, very nice looking.
At first , there wasn't a line and we waited to be seated. Finally got a waitress to sit us down after waiting for 18 Minutes. Was kind of mad . Two Hooters women took very care of us and wasn't mad anymore. These two Women outdid themselves with customer satisfaction. Professionalism and great customer service. Will come back more often. The food was great and came out in several minutes. I'm going to recommend hooters to family and friends. Great work guys. Thank you
Lackluster service. Food was ok, but nothing to brag about. All the girls seemed to have more gossiping to do than to engage the customers. Not worth a second visit, and I typically like their food.
The food had hair in it and service was awful. Just go to BWW unless you are here for the scenery.
Guess they don’t believe in serving customers. Waited 10 minutes before leaving without seeing our waitress or anybody taking a drink order. Even had every waitress walk past our table without saying a word
