my husband and I came to eat here today it was very good and the staff we had she was amazing think her name was Kim she was very prompt always checking to see if we needed anything. Definitely will be back.
Great food! Fair price! Fun place!
First time visitor. I just wanted a burger to go, so I placed my order for an El Heffe at the counter and sat down to wait. The server immediately asked if I wanted a drink while I waited. For free. Who does that? So kind. I had just been outside in 100° so I accepted of course. The burger arrived in about 5 min and it was great. It was supposed to have some sort of special sauce on it, which I could not detect, although maybe the sauce tasted like avocado and jalapeños. Those I absolutely did detect, along with a bigger 1/4 pound patty than Whataburger will give you. Everything was fresh and tasted great. Next time I’m in town I’ll head to one of these again.
The burger was good but greasy. Bun was soggy.. Got only six onion rings for $2.50 extra..also greasy not crispy. Service was inattentive.
Staff is very attentive and helpful. Food is great and the entertainment is always good.
I used to really enjoy Heff’s, now I remember why we haven’t ate there in years. Not only were they out of chicken strips, waitress was rude, food came out wrong, potato at salad bar was hard and not cooked through. Owner was rude. She said that she’s about to the point to put a sign on the door with the White House phone number. Pretty much nicely telling people to quit complaining. I will never be back, overall it was a terrible visit.
Our waitress’ Inez and breanna were awesome. I didn’t like that the short blonde headed lady wearing the tyedye shirt, she was at the bar and was yelling and cussing being hella’ rude to our servers. V E R Y unprofessional. I really hope she isn’t a manager or owner.

It was good, we took our food to go, I got the fries that look like the ones at the carnival and they were not good at all. No seasoning or nothing, I don't recommend those at all!!! The girl helping us place our order was nice, but the other ones were rude, I won't return unless I know that girl is there again.
Best burger in the mall, decent homemade chips too
