Burger was okay but was a bit dry. I could have grilled a better burger at home. Also, was not aware burger did not include cheese and was not asked if I wanted to add it. Condiment/drink area and tables could have used a good cleaning. Employees were nice but I wont be back.
What has happened to Heff's? Last 3 times we've visited the Antilley location it has been filthy, not a single clean table and service was not good with unfriendly teenagers. Used to be a great place to take the family but will likely be our last time since this is a theme lately.
I usually love this place, but today my husband got me a burger while I was stuck home with our baby. I was enjoying my burger till I realized it tasted weird, so I look down and it's VERY pink. I'm disgusted. My husband and I have both called the number multiple times to report it to them, but they are not answering. I've tried making myself puke, but I'm failing with that. I cannot risk getting sick.
Stopped for a burger because some else told me how good they were. It was okay, but I wasn't impressed. Had a pattymelt. Best thing about the burger was it was real meat and the patty wasn't bland. The resteraunt was clean, service was decent. $14.00 for a pattymelt and small shake.
The sweet potato fries were pretty good. I enjoyed all the food I ordered, actually. I'd say the little bit of time I was there was pleasant. My server was friendly and it was a quick fast food feel with a grill to order restaurant. However I was there when it wasn't busy. So, I can't say how that experience would be.
A tad slow but worth the wait. I'm on my quest for the best burger and Heff's is pretty darn close. I could make a meal out of the twisty fries. My only issue was the young lady behind the counter didn't appear to be happy, maybe just a bad morning

Drove into Abilene to see a friend and stopped here on the way out and was pleasantly surprised. Their milkshake was hand made and delicious and their burgers, oh man. Best money I ever spent on a burger ?

So the food is amazing!! The guy tonight taking our order was rude AF! Not sure if he was in a bad mood or what but if I walk in next time and he’s the guy…. I’m turning back around and going elsewhere!
