The chicken is better than KFC! The employees are not rude but they are not friendly either. A smile would do them and us good. However, there is a young tall Hispanic man with a bowl cut hairdo that works there, that is exceptional! He is very friendly, attentive, and looks happy to be doing his job. This young man deserves a promotion. Next time I go there, I will get his name and do another review.

Went for some more boneless wings this evening. They were super delicious. The roll was so warm and just yummy! The wait was not nearly as long as last time either!!
Typically this is our favorite place to go for chicken, the last 2 times we've been they've been suuuuuper slow. None of their take out containers have the right lids and the sizes have changed several times so you never know what size you're going to get. Prices are about $5+ more than they were and the product nor service warrants it. I waited tonight 30 minutes for my order. I don't know what took so long as no one told me they were behind, no one offered me anything for my wait and 3 different orders after mine left easily 10 minutes before me. We probably won't be back for quite awhile. Sad, sad. Don't waste your time or $.
This Place is Awful! Twice now I wasted 20.00 If I order a sandwich and Say No Alota Zing sauce 3 times and say Honey Mustard. That’s how I want it! They put the spicy Sauce every time! The last time I went I made them do it right and they had a Problem then too said they already made them with the alota zing. I said I didn’t care they needed to Fix it! First time they took my name they took my name this time!
Would give negative stars if possible. Put mine and my wife’s health at risk with RAW chicken. Two different orders of boneless wings completely RAW. All management could say is “idk why it happened. We just press the timer button and it is suppose to cook it”. Then they had the nerve to ask us why we ate raw chicken. Absolutely terrible management.

After the worlds worst day I drove from Hawley toAbilene for Golden Chick specifically. The line was extensive but I drove all this way so I joined in. The line moved so quickly I barely had enough time to get my money out. It wasn’t until I had already received my food and was on my way when my friend informed me they have an a lotta zing sauce so I turned around and went inside and received an even greater experience. I was greeted by several employees and a manager who was training an employee(a young employee) the importance of customer service. I have never written a review before but this was beyond review worthy. Layna was the manager and Michaela was cashier. They deserve a pat on the back. #goldenchickN1st

I'm not a fan of having to wait for an order they should have started before I arrived. Then they wait until the food is ready to give me a cup I'm not supposed to fill. If only they wouldn't ignore me.
