I love this store. I’m a morning regular since Dunkin is basically the only place open before I go to work! Michelle is the sweetest lady ever, her positive attitude always starts my day off right and she makes my coffee the best! Recently there’s been a lot of new hires and occasionally my drink is made wrong, BUT, they are all so sweet about it and willing to remake it for me any time that happens. Keep up the great work, y’all are the best!
Get a coffee and munchkins usually every day that i work. They know my order and know me by name now haha! luv it! always taste great and all the staff if great!
Super good coffee! Watching the lady make it she kept licking her fingers after wiping the cup and then proceeded to finish making the coffee without washing her hands!!

Never been to a Dunkin Donuts before. It was good. A little overpriced for donuts though.
Ordered drinks from here with swirl flavoring, even ordered extra swirl and received plain coffee with only cream in it. I was the only person in the drive thru and it was not a "rush" at the time of ordering. Not the first time this has happened.Tried to call them to see if I could get a refund, first time they answered and hung up, second time they told me that it "should" have the flavoring that I ordered and they don't see the problem. When I asked for a refund, she said she had to talk to the manager, heard the manager in the back yell at her for being on the phone because they were in the middle of a rush and it's "not her problem" if an order is messed up.Horrible service and horrible management. Prices have increased and the quality has gone to the basement.
Always the best coffee, my fav is hot caramel macchiato with oatmilk, ❤️❤️Also the lady was always very nice , kind and friendly at drive thru
Becareful when you get your coffees normally they do good here but had one one out water with no Carmel in my Carmel craze latte
Not even worth one star but wouldn’t let proceed without picking a star. Customer service was horrible, told my daughter to move along after asking for the coffee back that handed her due to there card machine not working. Asked for the manager, Michelle was very rude and honestly to say move ahead nothing I can do for you and I have people that work behind you was uncalled for extremely!! My advice stick to Starbucks.
The food was very good. However it took them 10 minutes to get our drinks ready after we sat down with our food. The person that ordered after we did got there drink as soon as we got ours. My granddaughter was still hungry an they ordered her something else. Again they served people that ordered after she did. Her mom had to go ask about it before they served her.But they are more worried about the drive thru, then people inside.Our first time here!!!!Maybe next time we will go thru the drive through and come in an eat. Would have been so much faster!!!!!!!
