George was Amazing my order was sent to Abilene somehow and I live in round rock tx ( 3hrs away) and when I explained what happened he didn’t get irritated or rush me off the phone he laughed and refunded my order and offered me a coupon the driver William was also awesome and I felt so bad for making him drive all that way for nothing but if I did live in Abilene I’d definitely order from them!
Incident occurred 3/13/2022 around 7:15pm. I would have given 5 stars if it had not been for a cashier/boxing the pizzas. He took my order on the phone and had an attitude while doing so. I still kept nice and tried to make his evening easier. When I got to the dominos store, I could tell who had taken my order. He proceeded to be rude to me and I tried to continue to be nice but yet he could not change his tone or smile at all. I am a paying customer and I deserve respect. I will not tolerate being talked down to or that I don’t deserve kindness. I leave a 10 dollar tip even if the order is only 10 dollars. Yea the job is tough! So I pay it forward in some way. I’m appalled that when I asked for the manager he refused the first time and said “no, what’s your card number” I didn’t have my debit card on me I had left it home on accident. When the manager came over, he was polite and apologetic. However he did not say he was going to talk to his employee about his attitude and nor did he reprimand the incident. I’m saddened that I won’t be coming back to this dominos for a little bit. It is the best one in Abilene! I wouldn’t treat you the way I was treated, in my restaurant.
Called to try and place an order. Was told my number wouldn’t come up and I had to use a different one. When I told the staff member her mic was hard to hear, she hung up on me. I tried to make several more phone calls and the staff member would answer only to immediately hang up on me.
Pizza was delish. My only complaint is that the Dominos store on Windmill Rd would not deliver to my house. It is a 7.8 mile drive and took us exactly 9 minutes to get there. But they told me over the phone that they don’t deliver that far??!! Seriously??!!! I believe they definitely need to reconsider.
Always fast. Always fresh and hot. They honor their mistakes and fix them quickly. Never had any issues with staff in over two years. This is why they are the only pizza app on my phone!!
Usually I always order a pizza from Domino's once or twice a month and it's usually pretty good they've been a couple times there that I couldn't give him a five-star rating but I usually could you give him a five-star rating not always but I usually eat there I want to try some once and have it delivered to the house thank them and God bless them
The staff is horrible! I will never go to this Domino's again! They're children with no leadership or customer service. They messed up my pizza and just acted like I should deal with it. Never again!!!
We order online and just reorder the saved orders for our account. They provided quick & prompt service and delicious pizzas as we've grown accustomed to on our Pizza Fridays. We always get extra sauce which seems to make the pizza even better for our family regardless of where we order from.

Always gets the order wrong. And ordered 4+ times with the free giveaway promotion and all I received was sloppy made pizza or missing items instead of anything free.
