DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!First off, the service there was horrible!! They weren't that busy when we got there but you would have thought it was the busiest they have ever been. Our server kept calling my ol' man "baby","sweetie","honey", all names you shouldn't be calling a guy that isn't your man and definitely not when he is on a fate with his ol' lady. Our order took 48 minutes from the time we ordered till the time it got to our table. 48 MINUTES!! I was starving by this time and dove right in to my dinner. All my food was COLD!! Not even room temperature, I'm talking cold. It felt like someone had stuck it in the fridge till they brought our order out. I got half a French Toast triangle and hald a sausage link down before I touched all my food and realized my whole order was cold. I totally lost my appetite and didn't touch my meal till my ol' man was down with his dinner. His was warmer than mine but still not hot, fresh. I got to-go boxes to take my food home to my dogs to eat. It was an overall disaster and I promise you I will never go back to this location ever again!! Disappointed and disgusted!! ??
Stopped at Denny’s for dinner enroute to NewMexico after driving the whole day from Alabama. Ordered the Crazy Spicy Sizzlin Skillet. Service was fast. The food was really good. The place was clean. Enough parking space. Right beside a couple of hotels and open 24-7 which is a great deal. One star is off because a friend of mine was charged extra for fruits that was supposed to be on the side (free).
Recently our truck broke down and we stayed at the Best Western waiting for repair. Next to the hotel was a Denny’s Restaurant. With no car Denny’s was our only choice for eating. We were pleasantly surprised by this location. The inside was well kept, clean and the service was cheerful, polite and efficient. We would definitely visit this location again. The food quality was very good also, both breakfast and dinner.
Jack Flash was an awesome waiter. He was friendly, took our order totally by memory and got everything correct. Food was very good.
All employees were very good and friendly.
The food was great (except they were out of shaved ham so I took the bacon substitute for my sandwich) and the service was excellent. The waitress (I think her name was Lily B) was friendly and attentive to our needs.
My nephew, mother and, I enjoyed our meal a great deal! The waitresses were amazing and, so, kind! They were a little busy. Many times when you go to a restaurant and they are busy the staff is usually stressed out and tend to nor help one another. Well not this Dennys! They were All helping each other! It made the atmosphere so enjoyable! Which in turn made the food better! That lead to a very wonderful much over due quality time spent with some great family! Thank you to All the workers! Had to wait to get a table but when I did I saw my waitress when she seated me and took my order and when she brought it back. My eggs could have been cooked yesterday they were so cold I didn’t see my waitress till I paid out. Normally I am a good tipper but this morning all I wanted to tip was advise. Take care of each customer as if it were your Grandmother. Will NEVER go back. Keep traveling you’ll be glad you did
Food and service was good. Only complaint would be i subbed French toast for 2 pancakes, which when added as an addition are the same price, yet they charged me for the swap as if I had added them. Not a huge deal for me, just annoying.
After looking at the menu being a family of 4 and everyone figuring out what they wanted to eat. When the waitress Rose came over there she let us know at this point that they was out if a lot of stuff. I am sure it was an unpleasant experience for her having to say sorry we are out of that but as a mom with hungry kids I would have rather known that before sitting down with the menu it would have saved time. Rose was very nice and understanding and had a long day of that same instance of having to explain they was out but I think it is best to get it out the way before waiting for the order to be placed. We didn't stay.
