This place is on the struggle bus with employee control. While we were at the counter placing our order you can hear another employee LOUDLY cursing about her job or her disdain for another employee. The lack of staff is one thing and I appreciate the employees that came in to assist, but that exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. Plus my blizzard had water in the cup. Not tasty at all. I pray they work it out.
Customer service and attitude. There is not a happy employee. First off mockingbird location closes their lobby at a whim rather have us wait behind 6 cars for 2 small cones and a small sundae. South14th location again same poor customer service. Cash register lady would rather taking 5 orders instead of knocking out simple drink and ice cream orders leaving a lobby of 6 waiting on simple orders. Not sure why we continue to give them our business. Sad...
The cashier Megan R. was a delight. She was so friendly and kind. Great service and a very friendly atmosphere, this includes their customers. I also like the small mom and pops places. Their food was amazing. I will eat there again very soon. 5 stars ?✨?⭐⭐
Just had to walk out the this location without our blizzards. 30 minutes is way too long to wait on ice cream. Every employee was so scattered and oblivious to everyone, like they were high. We couldn’t even get anyone to come back to the counter to refund our money.
fries tasted cold and old. bread was not toasted and only got 4 chicken straps out of 6 order.
They took forever for no reason. Gave several people their food before us and the girl taking orders walked around laughing and throwing trash on the floor. When she handed us our food she shoved it at us with no words. Ending time for waiting on TWO ICE CREAMS: 42 minutes. I do not recommend to anyone. Shout out to the cook that finally came out of the kitchen to help the people on ice cream duty because the three of them couldn’t handle it on their own.
Had to wait in line for 45 minutes, just to get home (not even 3 minutes away) with cold, stale fresh, cold tacos, a cold burger without cheese, and melt ice cream! I love DQ but corporate really needs to come in and take over this location or find new managers!
I ordered chocolate shake, he gave me Vanilla, I told him this vanilla shake not chocolate shake!!!
Don’t expect to be served even if you’re in their drive thru 15-20 minutes before closing. They are exceptionally slow and today 3-17-22 they shut the drive thru down exactly at 10 even with a car at the box ready to order. Unprofessional behavior and completely wasted my time. I understand the desire to want to go home, but taking care of one or two more customers that have been waiting is not a sacrifice and I would expect that courtesy from any establishment. Not some excuses and a bad attitude.
0-10 do NOT recommend? workers were rude and need to cut the attitude.❌ big bird was doing nothing. my sunday was knocked around the place and flipped over to the side. they still gave it to me as if nothing happened? def not worth the 45 minute wait?
