Was very busy & short handed but food was hot & very good . The employee that was working the front register kept a smile on her face & was so friendly she was amazing.
Filthy place. After seeing the condition of the restroom and then the dining room I just left without ordering food. I could only imagine how dirty the kitchen was.
It’s good when you don’t wait 45 minutes in drive thru. Waiting 20 minutes just to order and never moved. Left the line.
Very slow also had the nerve to tell me to pull up when I could only pill up 2 inches with 6 cars ahead still sorry for a bad review but this is unexpectable and unresponsible!!!!
Very very slow service. Like extremely slow service. 27 minutes to get an order of 2 kids meal and a number 2.Everything is slow. From the cashier to the kitchen.The prices on the display/screen were not the prices charged.They told me that they had not updated the display.The people in the kitchen are not wearing hair net or any type of head gear to prevent hair going in the food.
Banna split was way under portion whip cram was melted and called talk to Eric and he said they don’t do whipped cream so guess it supposed to be like milk and argued it was under portion because he been doing it for years so he know it’s supposed to weigh 11 oz but he never weighted it so he said I know what 11 oz looks like so called Jessica corporate and she said she would handle him but didn’t try to make it right for cheating me out of the portion I paid for so they suck and are rude also was talking crap about the old manger because they over portioned so guess they are always perfect and your a liar customer service is
I’ve enjoyed my many visits to This Dairy Queen with the nice gentleman that run the drive thru. Tonight was the worst visit I’ve ever had. I ordered our normal, large hot fudge sundae, pint of ice cream, and snickers blizzard with no chocolate syrup. The lady left her mic on and was going on about how rude I was and she isn’t scared to see me at the window.
