Twice in a row within a few days apart,, slow slow service. Which is fine if things are being made fresh. Not the case.. Not to mention our blizzards had little to no candy or syrup in them.. Blizzards did not have all the items that were called for on the menu. Let it go the first time but the second time after spending $40 on ice cream for the whole family again it was acceptable. I called and the manager was G what she called her self Gina was cold stale fries!! very rude and didn’t wanna replace my ice cream if I brought the others back.. I told her, her employee did not give me a receipt and she said well I’m sorry I can’t do anything without the receipt.. I said can u please ask ur employee to grab it I jus left ten minutes ago and she said no U have to have it if u didn’t get it I can’t help u.. just rude and very unprofessional.. I know it’s DQ but maybe if she wasn’t eatin all the fixings all day in her own ice creams she wouldn’t mind giving us our fair share that we are paying for in our ice cream…
I just wanted to say that I agree with a majority of the comments. This Dairy Queen location on North Mockingbird is the most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. Unprofessional attitudes, Lack of customer service. The people that work at this location act like they don’t want to work for their paycheck. I’m not sure who’s putting up positive reviews because because I have yet to experience a positive situation at this location finally had enough bad experiences to say not for me anymore and I would advise anyone else not to go there either. Not sure how this location continues to stay in business. Got admit I think deposit reviews are fake probably employees that work there
if you order a meal make sure it's hot and not pre cooked sitting under a heating lamp. I order a dude combo took not even 5 min. fries and dude burger barely warm. wasn't fresh.
I made an order at 7:40pm for Favor and it is now 8:22pm . The kid at register Ashton gave my order to another customer and acts as if nothing is wrong . So they are remaking it again. She was very rude and b just brought the food out with no drinks. Smh

The food was not good and the meat was cold and the order was incorrect. They did not give us fries with our meals nor cheese on our burgers. We waited in line for 20 minutes then waited another 12 minutes after we ordered to receive our food. Ordered an oreo blizzard and halfway down it ran out of cookie so then we were just eating plain icecream. My wife ordered the three taco meal and they gave them to us vertically so when we opened the bag all the toppings were in the bottom.
This place and it's employees are despicable and need to be let go and shut down. This location used to be great. It's gone down hill hard and fast over the years. If you want crappy food that is a mere image of what DQ food used to be and want horrible service then, this is the place to go. Went by yesterday to order and take it home. I was going to order in the lobby because the drive thru speaker is also a piece of crap but, the lobby was closed. Used the drive thru when I should have not even wasted my time. Bad decision on my part and won't make it again. I had 2 separate orders all in which were a total of 3 number 1 combos. Wow, that's a tough order... Some home it seemed to be too difficult for the small brains of the employees that I had the bad luck of having to deal with. The man poorly disguised as a woman was a total mess and had an attitude that made me want to commit violence. He looked at me like I was the idiot when I had to repeat my super easy orders to him because he had no idea what they were. It's a shame that this place has gone down the drain. It needs to be shut down or shut down, redone and newly staffed with people that are greatful to have a job. I give this Dairy Queen and it's employees a big fat ZERO.
They don't even deserve one star the mess up my order not once but twice. They wanted to play stupid when it comes to messing up the order both times. Customer service was horrible and I mean incompetent horrible. At this point I'm just trying to understand why they are even in business anymore. Or it must be because they have lowered their standards all together when it come to their employees. Won't be going there anymore. Highly advise not going to that location.
The man Christina working at the register was sooo rude. They usually take forever with our order but this time they were actually fast since we only ordered ice creams but the customer service is what did it for me. Apparently you shouldnt ask if there having a good day or it sends them way over the top. Or atleast that guy Christina it did.
THE BEST ice cream cones! A little inconsistent with the amount of ice cream that's given for a large cone.. This time I paid for a large, but got a mediums worth.
