I will never return to this Cracker Barrel! Never have I experienced such a lack of care at a restaurant. We got seated (7 people) waited 20 minutes just to get our drink order, on top of another 20 minutes to get our drinks! The manager did come about 15 minutes into waiting to ask us if anyone had gotten our drinks instead of doing it himself. Our food took another 45 minutes to get! We should of left but we were hungry and didn't want to waste any more time waiting for food. The waitress did not care and said she was "so busy" when they actually weren't. Horrible, horrible experience! I recommend going anywhere else to eat! (I rarely leave reviews but people should be aware of the horrible service here!)*EDIT*I emailed to the comment on my review and have yet to get any response back, it's been over a week.
Great restaurant with loads of gift shop items to browse. Cracker barrel is almost like Grandmas cooking. Comfort food.When we showed up there was a woman chasing a chicken across the parking lot. I hope she got it.Always fresh and tasty food.
Food is really good and yummy
Normally I would give you at least a 4, but, this time I had the chicken pot pie. I'm sorry to say that I believe any store bought brand would be better. The crust was burnt, and, the pie itself tasted like it was leftover from 3 days ago. My wife and I eat at our local at least 2 or 3 times a week. The service is always good. Guess I just got the pie at the wrong time of day, or something. I will keep recommending you to others, but, I'll recommend against the chicken pot pie. Thank you.
We loved it. The people were extremely nice and welcoming. The food was great and fresh tasting. The best biscuit of my life. The store is also great with excellent prices. We were visiting Texas for a funeral but will definitely visit the Colorado location ASAP.
My husband and I absolutely love Cracker Barrel as the welcoming atmosphere/ decor and food of course is great besides the fact that there portion sizes are always so small.. BUT.. this particular Cracker Barrel seems to have an issue with their wait staff.. we have gone here several times and not once has my husband drink ever been refilled without us having to ask or we finally just leave without him ever getting a refill. Our appetizers always seem to come out after we have already finished our dinner and the staff frankly just are not very friendly besides the sweet ladies that work at the front desk..
2/17/22: I ordered the Grandma's breakfast sampler platter and it was absolutely delicious. A member of my party ordered the Sunday homestyle chicken, and it was very fresh and tasty. The biscuits and cornbread was excellent for the appetizers.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Came here for breakfast this morning 2/21/22.. the server seemed to be in a hurry to take our orders because she didn't take the time to make sure we had everything we wanted with our food. A plate of biscuits and gravy in a bowl & grits were brought out to us with the food and no one ordered it..when I said something she said oh it's free...it just went to waste ?because no one wanted it or ordered it??♀️
Party of 10, not a long wait at 2pm on a Saturday. Clayton and Tanya were great in assisting with seating and serving everyone, refilling tea glasses exceptional. Food was quite good and it was a really nice experience on a very tough day. Thank you.
Good food and lot's of it and price is not bad.
