This review is for Management, not the staff.If I am ordering an item (quesadilla) from the menu (same menu that is posted inside the restaurant), it is not okay to be told that I can only order that item online. Especially after waiting in line for several minutes.This review is not about the long wait time or the staff, it is simply about Management's decision not to post this information publicly. If you have a policy that is guaranteed to impact 100% of all customers who wish to order a particular item, this policy must then be posted in a location where it can be read and properly acknowledged by your patrons.Additionally, you should strongly consider offering a military discount. They make up a very large percentage of your (repeat) customers and the small amount of savings per purchase would not be missed due to the frequency of their visits to your establishment.Thanks for reading my entire message. This is one of my favorite places to eat at and me and my family were highly disappointed. We went in to order the adult cheese quesadilla and the guy that was making the food said “we do not serve adult cheese quesadilla’s here only online”. Besides the point I just got the kid version. We finally get to checkout and the girl checking us out continues to roll her eyes and gets in a bad mood. We simply asked can we get the kids chips since they come with the meal and she continues to turn around and mumble under breath “I swear” and throw the chips in our bag and continuing to roll her eyes. In conclusion the customer service is not great and it seems like everyone is upset. I tried to be kind to everyone and they seemed to still get annoyed.
Changing my original 5-star review after 3 years. Tonight being the tipping point for me and my family. Filthy line, cross-contaminated food, rude staff and even worse manager. She yelled at me from across the restaurant because I asked for a chicken quesadilla. Wouldn’t come talk to me, but at least she made eye contact unlike the line workers that manhandled my food and slopped it in the bag. I have been eating at Chipotle for over 20 years (having grown up in Colorado) and there’s is no reason for you to give the Abilene branch your money.
At 8:53pm we went at restaurant we ordered 4 veggie bowls. They were out of grilled veggies whenever we asked to grill more vegetables for us they were out of vegetables so asked for discount in joke but Manager MEAGAN was super highly rude also said if you don’t like it then don’t come to this restaurant. Manager MEAGAN attitude towards me( customer) was something else. If Franchises doesn’t provide service why should I go back to that restaurant again. Highly disappointed with service and Specially MANAGER MEAGAN attitude.
You get wrong orders! When you call the restaurant they send you to support. Send a “free”reward instead of a refund or replacement.
Oh the joy of getting extremely burnt chips. I tried calling and the automatic voice system refused to process “ I want to talk with the person“ and the texting feature wouldn’t get past log into your account, which I don’t have.
We had placed an order online through the app, for multiple people. After everyone had placed their order we had each person tie their name to their order to make it easy for us to distribute the food once we got it home. We get home and we pass out the bowls some of us start eating, others are busy getting drinks when one of us noticed the food bowls did not have the food that the label said it should contain. We called up chipotle to see if we could get them to remake 1 bowl that someone had already dug into and they claimed since the order was correct, there was nothing they could do. Despite them placing the wrong labels on each order. Very disappointed.
Absolutely ridiculous service. Online orders are a joke. Then you go and sit there and check in and they still do not pull your ticket even asking them and they "doing the best they can" after telling us they will place our order in between the walk-ins....15 minutes later after ordering and showing up at specified time of pick up, still no order and seeing 10 customers come in and get their walk in food made and paid for. we walked out. We will be calling manager tomorrow for the refund we paid for. Happens often with online orders.
They seem to always be out of chips when I order on door dash. Door dashes customer service is amazing and gives me a refund but try eating a large gauc with no chips..... ?
A large portion served in a bowl, taco or burrito. I got the bowl. The food was good. Good for a fast service Mexican food establishment.
