Sat at the bar for dinner, Maurice was wondering. He was very attentive to us even as busy as he was but what impressed me the most was how supportive and encouraging he was towards his coworkers. The food was good, serve great and will definitely go back and ask for him.
Great place. Quick to get a seat. The sweet tea is amazing. Steak was cooked perfectly.
Came in at 7:50, was seated pretty quickly. Had 3 different waiters pass multiple times with no acknowledgement of needing service. No hello, no have you been served. Went up front to tell them we were leaving. Couldn’t get acknowledged there either. The restaurant was about half full. We saw 5 waiters plus the one working the bar. This was by the mall. Never had this poor service at the HW 351 location.
Not normally a chili's fan, but its what my son wanted for his birthday.Service was not bad, albeit a bit slow. I think it was more kitchen than server - she did try and make things better.Beer came out 12 minutes after other drinks.Had 3 dishes missing major components, found out when served - I would have preferred someone coming out and asking if we wanted to continue which they did for the bun type on one sandwich...but not the avocado on 3 other dishes?Steak was over cooked, replacement was slightly less overcooked. Manager comped the steak without being asked which is appreciated but doesn't change the fact that several problems existed.Asparagus was raw and unseasoned, charged extra for avocado on a dish...when they were out of avocado.Overall - don't see much reason to come back. Will convince my son to try somewhere competent next year.
The food was good unfortunately our waitress was disrespectful and horrible. We have a newborn 10 days old the waitress attended to us, was polite and brought us our food. She attended two other customers and then later passed by and asked us if we wanted more. I replied yes and as I was waiting I fed my son. She brought my soup and that was the last we saw of her or heard from her. We waited and waited, after some time she passed by and asked if we needed anything else I replied yes we would have liked more soup but unfortunately we are no longer hungry and upset so I would like to check. She apologized rudely and asked if we wanted a manager I was too upset to talk anymore to anybody. So my wife replied no just a check, she apologized again and I told her just bring me the check she then replied well I saw you attending to your baby so I didn't think you needed anything. I did not let her finished that sentence and ask for the check again. I had to ask at least four or five times she then pointed to the little tablet on the table and said you can pay there and left as we were paying and getting ready to leave she came back and asked if there's anything we needed. We have always had a good experience there at Chili's. It is one of mine and my wife's favorite places to go, sad to say we will not be going back anytime soon it was bad enough that she dismissed us and never returned to see if we would like anything else because we were attending to our son. I left my name and number for someone to call me about our experience and yet you have received a call
It took 10 to 15 minutes to get a beer and was not cold. The second time was colder and took half as long. I'm going to say they were having an off day. Will try again.
Zero stars for the crew working "To-Go" door this evening at 6:30. Checked in and waited in parking lot until 30 minutes past supposed delivery time. Went in to check on progress and it had been sitting on the rack for that 30 minutes. It was already cold. Won't go here again.
We ordered the Merry Berry Rita’s and their hamburgers and smokehouse plates. Everything was so very good. We had zero complaints! The place was clean and neat. Our server was the best! We didn’t want for anything. Big plus she put up with three silly women like a champ. Great time and highly recommended!
Had a great experience last night. Sat in the bar section and the gentleman waiting on us was fantastic! It was busy and he didn't have any help but the food and drinks came out timely and was made perfect.
Food was good here, and even though they were extremely busy, the wait staff worked together to help make sure every table got food/drinks in a quick manner, even if your server was busy with another table.
