Busy, but good time!! Brooklyn was great.
My family attempted to eat at this establishment on Saturday. It was so nasty we had to leave. The tables had not been cleaned and there was food all over the floors and tables. Didn’t look like it had been swept in days. The hostess and waiter were were very unfriendly. After ordering drinks, we decided that if the seating area looked that bad, imagine what the kitchen looked like. There was no way we were eating anything that came out of there. Yuck!
The margarita is so extremely sweet that it'll give you a headache everytime. I normally enjoy these eatery's for their quick service and tasty if not high quality food.Recently I've noticed that customer service at most chain restaurants is pretty much non-existent or hit and miss at best. My local Chilli's unfortunately is not the exception. Even at the bar the overburdened bartender was just middling when it comes to service.The real problem is the food is much worst especially the to-go experience. Word of wisdom, never get the Texas Cheese Fries to-go. The cheese gets so hard and the fries are terrible cold.In all honesty the staple burger and ribs are not worth the hour an half wait it takes to get to-go orders.Will I go back, yes it's less than 2 miles from my house. Is it my last choice, also yes even after the ample supply of fast food locations in the area.
Our server Amber was awesome! She was fast, friendly and checked on us frequently. My kiddo even left her a thank you note written on a napkin ? We chose the 2 for $25 option. The selections were great and there is always food to take home. It's a really good deal that includes an appetizer, 2 entrees AND dessert so you better save room for that!
A friend and I stopped in for an early dinner before the ballet and came back for dessert afterwards. For dinner I had the steak with grilled avocado and asparagus. The steak was perfectly cooked (medium). For dessert we ordered the chocolate explosion (don't remember the exact name). We also had the Jameson margaritas of the month that was very tasty and the later the raspberry margarita, equally tasty. The restaurant was clean and service was friendly, though not as efficient as usual.
Was seated fairly quickly being valentines weekend. Everything came out perfect and was delicious. We got the sampler appetizer and everything was perfect. Recommend the bbq platter cause everything was cooked just the way i liked. The mixed drinks were also great and the price was more than acceptable. Will be back.

I am in a wheelchair and everyone was great moved chairs out of the way.food was hot and very good I had lunch shrimp fajitas and Bruce had steak and fries it was so good. Waitress was great never let our drinks run out it was a little loud but you expect that at Chili's
Horrible service, ridiculous staff!!! The trainer for our waitress I can't believe you would have such a person doing your training. Food mediocre, margaritas now served in a martini glass. Wrong!!!! Overpriced for the quality and lack of service and insolent attitude!!!!!!!!!!
We went for a family outing. When we arrived said 10 to 15 wait, but there were over 10 table empty. They sat us a family in the back of the bar area. Waitress came to get our drink order brought 2 of our drinks then disappeared for over 20 min. We waited she never came back so we got up and left. We went to Dairy Queen were the servace was 1000 times better.
Can't really say anything about the food at this location , had to wait 15 min's to be seated when there was 10 plus tables open, once seated,we had to share menu's because they didn't have enough I'm assuming, 15 min wait for two of the drinks, they never came back with a third drink for my son, and was unable to get anyone's attention to wait on us, so after a total loss of 45 mins with lack of service we left hungry and thirsty, and went to dairy Queen instead. Disappointed!
